مقدمه: امروزه بسیاری از پرستاران با چالش متعادل‌سازی نقش‌های شغلی و خانوادگی خود مواجه هستند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش اشتیاق و خودکارآمدی شغلی پرستاران زن، در پیش‌بینی تعارض کار – خانواده انجام شده است.
روش‌کار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی ـ همبستگی است و جامعه آماری آن کلیه پرستاران زن بیمارستان‌های دولتی شهر تهران، در سه ماهه دوم سال ۱۳۹۶ را در بر می‌گیرد که جمعیتی معادل 12000نفر بوده‌اند. حجم نمونه ۳۸۱ نفر بود که به‌روشِ نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای انتخاب و با پرسش‌نامه‌های تعارض کار ـ خانواده، اشتیاق شغلی و خودکارآمدی ارزیابی شدند. داده‌های آماری با آزمون‌های توصیفی و استنباطی مانند همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گام‌به‌گام و نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه ۲۲ تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد. سطح معنی‌داری در این مطالعه 0/05 است.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد بین نمره کلی اشتیاق شغلی و مؤلفه‌های آن با تعارض شغل - خانواده و تعارض خانواده - شغل ارتباط منفی معناداری وجود دارد (0/39- B=، 0/05>P). همچنین بین مؤلفه‌های خودکارآمدی شغلی و نمره کلی خودکارآمدی با تعارض شغل - خانواده و تعارض خانواده - شغل ارتباط منفی معناداری دیده شد (0/16-B=، 0/05>P).
نتیجه گیری: اشتیاق و خودکارآمدی شغلی موجب کاهش تعارض شغل - خانواده می‌شود و می‌توان از نتایج حاصل از پژوهش در طراحی برنامه‌های آموزشی پرستاران برای کاهش تعارضات کار و خانواده استفاده کرد.
