مقدمه: زنان مبتلا به ناباروری با مشکلات اساسی روان‌شناختی و جنسی مواجه هستند؛ بنابراین هدف از پژوهش حاضر، اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد (ACT) بر بهزیستی روان‌شناختی و عملکرد جنسی زنان با سابقه ناباروری است.
روش‌کار: پژوهش حاضر مطالعه‌ای نیمه‌تجربی است. ۳۰ نفر از زنان نابارور مراجعه‌کننده به کلینیک ناباروری مهر در شهر رشت در شش‌ماهه دوم سال ۱۳۹۶ به روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد (۱۵ نفر) و گروه کنترل (۱۵ نفر) قرار گرفتند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پروتکل درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد واولز و سورل، پرسشنامه‌های بهزیستی روان‌شناختی ریف و عملکرد جنسی زنان راسن بود. پرسشنامه‌ها قبل، بعد از مداخله و پس از ۲ ماه پیگیری تکمیل شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نیز با نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS نسخه ۱۹ و با روش‌های تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیره و تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر صورت گرفت.
یافته‌ها: براساس تحلیل مانکوا، درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد ACT در مرحله پس‌آزمون بر بهزیستی روان‌شناختی ( ۰/۰۱> P) و مؤلفه‌های آن شامل پذیرش خود، روابط مثبت با دیگران (۰/۰۱> P)، خودمختاری و زندگی هدفمند (۰/۰۵> P) و عملکرد جنسی (۰/۰۱>P ) تأثیر معنی‌داری داشت که این تأثیر به مدت دو ماه پیگیری ماندگار بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج می‌توان گفت درمان ACT در ارتقای بهزیستی روان‌شناختی و عملکرد جنسی زنان با سابقه ناباروری نقش مؤثری دارد.
