مقدمه: پرستاران مؤثرترین ارکان بیمارستان­ در ارتقای خدمات باکیفیت هستند و رفتارهای شهروندی سازمانی آنها، عاملی مهم جهت افزایش مراقبت‌های پرستاری محسوب می‌شود. انجام رفتارهای شهروندی سازمانی از افزایش هزینه ­های اضافی جلوگیری کند. مطالعه حاضر تلاشی در جهت تعیین رابطه ویژگی‌های دموگرافیک با رفتار شهروندی سازمانی پرستاران مراکز آموزشی و درمانی همدان بود.
روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی‌تحلیلی از نوع همبستگی در سال ۱۳۹۵ انجام گرفت. نمونه پژوهش ۲۰۰ پرستار بود که از پنج مرکز آموزشی درمانی، با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای (نسبتی) انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسش‌نامه‌های اطلاعات دموگرافیک و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی (OCB) پادساکف بود. داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه ۲۱ و از طریق آزمون‌های آماری توصیفی و تحلیلی (تی‌تست، آنوا و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون) تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج بیانگر سطح نسبتاً مطلوب رفتار شهروندی سازمانی پرستاران بود و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی با سن (۰/۰۰۵ < P و ۲/۰ r=) و سابقه کار (۰/۰۲۹<  P و ۰/۱۶r=) دارای ارتباط معناداری بود. میانگین نمره بُعد نزاکت ۰/۵ ± ۴/۰۳ ، وظیفه‌شناسی ۰/۵ ± ۴/۳، جوان‌مردی ۰/۴ ± ۳/۸۳، فضیلت مدنی ۰/۳ ± ۳۳/۳ و نوع‌دوستی ۰/۴ ± ۳/۸۳ بوده و در کل میانگین نمره رفتار شهروندی سازمانی ۰/۳ ± ۳/۸ بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: رفتار شهروندی سازمانی پرستاران با افزایش سن و سابقه کاری آنها افزایش می‌یابد. بنابراین برای بهره‌گیری از مزایای رفتار شهروندی سازمانی در بیمارستان‌ها، باید توجه ویژه‌ای به آموزش و حمایت از نیروهای جوان‌تر معطوف شود.
