✅ بر اساس نتایج تحقیق وضعیت فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار و مهارت‏ های ارتباطی در حد متوسط بود و پیشنهاد می‏ شود جهت بهبود فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار به مهارت ‏های ارتباطی پرستاران در دوران آموزشی یا در دوره‏ های ضمن خدمت توجه ویژه ‏ای شود.
