Continuous care in this disease is remarkable. This study with aim of the effects of continuous care, on the quality of life patients with MS was performed. Methods: this study is randomized clinical trial. The Participants were 72 patients with multiple sclerosis referred to Farshchian Hospital and Multiple Sclerosis Society of hamadan that were divided into two groups, intervention and control groups. The quality of life patients before and after the performance of continuous care model assessed by MSQoL-54 standard questionnaire. For the analysis of data from Chi-square test, paired t, and independent t-tests and repeated measures and SPSS 16 statistical software was used. Result: Results of the repeated measures ANOVA to compare the quality of life patients in the intervention group, before one month and two months after continuous care model showed that the mean scores quality of life at the different stages measured, ha significant differences with each other (P CP - IRAN IN - Hamadan University of LG - eng PB - Avicenna-J-Nurs-Midwifery-Care PG - 64 PT - Original Research YR - 2014
