fa بررسی تاثیرآموزش بر آگاهی ونگرش دانش آموزان سال آخر دبیرستانهای شهر تهران درباره بیماری ایدز Studying the Effect of Education on Knowledge and View of Senior Students in Tehran High Schools about Aids پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي اصیل Original Research مقدمه و هدف : ایدز سندرم نقص ایمنی اکتسابی ناشی از ویروس مختل کننده ایمنی بدن است . افراد با یکبار آلودگی به این ویروس برای تمام عمر آلوده می شوند . واحتمالا در اثر هجوم بیماریهای فرصت طلب که ازضعف سیستم ایمنی بدن استفاده می کنند از پا در میآیند . از آنجا که ایدز فاقد واکسن و دارو و سرم درمانی است و از مرحله کنترل گامی فراتر گذاشته نشده است . آگاهی مردم بخصوص نوجوانان به راههای انتقال ، روشهای پیشگیری ،عمل به اعتقادات و باور مذکورتنها را ه مقابله با گرفتاری به آن است . به همین منظور جهت بررسی تاثیرآموزش بر آگاهی ونگرش دانش آموزان دختر سال آخر دبیرستانهای شهر تهران درباره ایدز انجام شد .  روش کار : پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه نیمه تجربی است وجامعه پژوهش کلیه دانش آموزان دختر دبیرستانهای شهر تهران بودند . جهت تعیین حجم نمونه یک مطالعه مقدماتی انجام شد و تعداد نمونه به گونه ای تعیین شد که بتواند معرف جامعه مورد مطالعه باشد . تعداد نمونه ها 3200 نفر بودند که به روش مداخله ای از میان دانش آموزان دختر دبیرسانهای شهر تهران بصورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند . ابزار گرد آوری داده ها در این پژوهش پرسشنامه بود که در دو مرحله قبل و بعد از آموزش به فاصله 15 روز توسط دانش آموزان تکمیل شد .  یافته ها : یافته ها نشان داد که اختلاف معنـی داری در میزان آگاهــی قبل و بعد از آمــوزش دانش آمـــوزان وجــود دارد.(05/0>p 14و/7-=z) همچنین آموزش در ایجاد تغییر در نگرش قبل و بعد از آموزش موثر بود و اختلاف معنی دار آماری نشان داد.( 05/0< p و14/7-=z) بر اساس نتایج تحقیق مشخص شد که اکثریت دانش آموزان در مورد بیماری ایدز دارای آگاهی متوسط بودند و منبع کسب اطلاعات اکثریت نمونه ها (81%) وسائل ارتباط جمعی بود . نتیجه گیری : بطور کلی نتایج حاصل از تحقیق نشان داد که آگاهی اکثریت دانش آموزان از بیماری ایدز `پایین است. و نگرش منفی آنها نسبت به بیماری ایدز نمایانگر اهمیت نقش وسائل ارتباط جمعی در بالا بردن سطح آگاهی و اصلاح نگرش است . Introduction and Objectives: AIDS is the acquired syndrome of immunity damage caused by body immunity damaging virus . By one time infection people will be infected for all of their lives and probably will miss the chance of living because of disease seeking the opportunities and using the weakness of the body immunity system . Since there is no vaccination , medication or serum for treating AIDS and there has been no step further than controlling stage , acknowledgment of people especially teenagers about the ways of infection and going through religious beliefs is the only way to prevent it . for this target there has been a study about the effects of education and knowledge and view of senior students in Tehran high schools .  Materials & Methods: The present study is a experimental research and the studied community were all high school girls of Tehran . In order to determine the mass of the sample there was a primary study and the number of samples was determined the way it counted present the studied community . The samples were 3200 high school girls chosen based on interfering random system. The data source were the questionnaires which were completed 15 days before and after the education .  Results: Achievements showed that there is a meaningful discrepancy between the level of knowledge before and after the acknowledgment (z=-7/14, p<0.05). The acknowledgment also showed to make meaningful difference in the statistics (z= -3.426 , p<0.05) . According the results of the study it was brought up that the majority of the students had a medium knowledge about AIDS and the source of this knowledge for majority of the samples (81%) were the public medias .  Conclusion: The results of the study generally showed that for most of the students there is a low knowledge of AIDS .
