fa بررسی مقایسه ای میزان سازگاری کودکان دبستانی خانواده های مطلقه در شهر همدان The Comparative Study of Elementary School Students’ Adjustment in Divorced Families Living with Single Parent پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي اصیل Original Research مقدمه و هدف: طلاق بعنوان یک پدیده ناخوشایند اجتماعی در اکثر جوامع مطرح است و درصد طلاق در تمام کشورهای جهان روبه افزایش است . این پدیده تاثیر عمیقی بر سلامت جسمانی و روانی کودکان و سازگاری آنان دارد و یکی از عواملی که برمیزان سازگاری آنها تاثیر می گذارد نحوه برخورد و رابطه با والدی است که کودک باوی زندگی می کند . لذا این بررسی با هدف تعیین و مقایسه میزان سازگاری کودکان دبستانی خانواده های مطلقه که با پدر یا مادر خود زندگی می کنند انجام گرفت. روش کار : این پژوهش یک بررسی توصیفی- تحلیلی است و بر روی 204 نفر از دانش آموزان دبستانهای شهر همدان که شامل 102 دختر و 102 پسر از خانواده های مطلقه بود انجام شد . نمونه گیری به روش خوشه ای چند مرحله ای بود. ابزار گردآوری داده ها فرم مصاحبه با والدین براساس چک لیست رفتاری کودکان دبستانی کاسل و راسل بود . یافته های پژوهش با استفاده از نرم افزار ٍ&zwjٍٍ SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت. نتایج: نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد کودکانی که پس از طلاق با مادر زندگی می کردند بطور قابل توجهی از سازگاری بهتری برخوردار بودند و بین میانگین نمرات سازگاری فردی ، سازگاری اجتماعی ، سازگاری در منزل و سازگاری در مدرسه و سازگاری کل شخصیت کودکانی که با مادر زندگی می کردند و کودکانی که با پدر زندگی می کردند تفاوت معنی دار وجود دارد و کودکانی که با مادر زندگی می کردند از سازگاری بیشتری برخوردار بودند. نتیجه گیری: می توان گفت که مواظبت از کودک وظیفه ای است که توان عاطفی زیادی می طلبد ، بنابراین والد سرپرست باید آن والدی باشد که کودک با او بهترین و مداوم ترین ارتباط عاطفی را دارد . Introduction& Objective : Divorce is considered as one of the unpleasant social phenomen in every sosiaty، and its percentage is increasing in almost all countries.Unfortunatly، this phenomen has a negative effect on the physical & psychological health adjustment of the children from such families. One of the factor influencing the level of child – adjustment in such situations is his/her living condition with either mother or father. Therefore، the purpose of the present study was to compare the adjustment behavior of the school children from divorced families who lived either with their father or mother. Materials & Methods: This study is a descriptive-analytical design.The sample consisted of 204 elementary school students from divorced families 102girls and 102 boys ، 6- 11 years who were selected randomly on the multistage cluster from elementary schools in Hamadan city .The data were collected by conducting an interview with parents based on the “ child- behavior rating schale” checklist by Russell&Cassel.Informations were analysed according to SPSS soft ware. Results: The data analysis revealed that [ children living with their mother were significantly better adjustment] .Ther was ameaningful Difference between the average score of individual ، social،home،school, and total personality adjustment in children living with their mothers and children living with their fathers. Conclusion: Taking care of the children in divorced families is an important responsibility ، and demands lots of psychological & emotional potentials .
