90% font-family: Nazanin mso-bidi-language: FA"> </span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family: "B Traffic""><font size="2">استرس های شغلی و عوامل مولد آن یکی از مباحث مهم روانشناختی است که از سال های قبل توجه پژوهشگران متعددی را به خود جلب کرده است. سلامت جسمی و روانی نیروی کار تحت استرس های شغلی مورد تهدید قرار می گیرد و کارکرد اجتماعی آنها را مختل می نماید که این خود نیز تهدیدی جدی بر عملکرد و بهره وری سازمانی به حساب می آید. امروزه کادر بهداشتی به عنوان یک گروه در معرض استرس شناخته شده که بخش اعظم آن را کادر پرستاری<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>( پرستاران، بهیاران و پرسنل اتاق های روانـی کادر پرستاری مراکز آموزشی- درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قزوین (واقع درشهر قزوین) در سال 1384 انجام شده است. ابزار پژوهش, پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی 28 سوالی</font></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size: 11pt line-height: 90% font-family: "B Traffic""> </span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size: 9pt line-height: 90% font-family: Arial">(</span><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt line-height: 90% font-family: Arial">GHQ-28</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size: 9pt line-height: 90% font-family: Arial">)</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family: "B Traffic""><font size="2"> بود. در این تحقیق پرسشنامه </font></span><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt line-height: 90% font-family: Arial">GHQ-28</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family: "B Traffic""><font size="2"> بین 350 نفر از پرسنـل کادر پرستاری در بیمارستان های آموزشی- درمانی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قزوین توزیع گردید. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون کای دو، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون توسط نرم افزار<em> </em></font></span><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt line-height: 90% font-family: Arial">SPSS</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family: "B Traffic""><font size="2"> مورد تجزیه و justify"><strong><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 9pt line-height: 90% font-family: "B Traffic" mso-bidi-language: FA">نتایج :</span></strong><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 9pt line-height: 90% font-family: "B Traffic" mso-bidi-language: FA"> </span><font size="2"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family: "B Traffic"">144نفر(2/42%) غیر طبیعی و 197نفر(8/57%) طبیعی بودند. 5/43% از زنان و<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">   </span>5/32% از مردان به عنوان غیر طبیعی شناخته شدند. 4/44% از متاهلین و 7/37% از مجردین به عنوان غیر طبیعی شناخته شدند. با توجه به محل ارایه خدمت, میزان شیوع به صورت زیر به دست آمد: اتاق عمل 3/44%، بخش 2/43%، اورژانس 2/38% و بخش و اورژانس 3/33%. در شیفت کاری عصر بیشترین میزان اختلال به دست آمد (50%). بالاترین میزان اختلال در کادر پرستاری بیمارستان کوثر (زنان و زایمان) به دست آمد (3/57%). علایم جسمانی در 17 نفر (9/4%)، علایم اضطراب در 27نفر(8/7%)، علایم مربوط به کارکرد اجتماعی در 11نفر(2/3%) و علایم افسردگی در 6نفر(7/1%) مشاهده شد. ارتباط معنی paid attention many researchers. Physical and mental health was affected by job stress. Now a day the hygiene personal is known as a group under stress, that important part of them is nurses.</span><span style="font-weight: normal font-size: 10pt mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"><!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></p> <p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed text-align: justify"><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt">Materials & Methods:</span><font size="5"> </font></strong><span style="font-weight: normal font-size: 12pt">This was a cross-sectional study carried out for mental health of nurses in <st1:city w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Qazvin</st1:place></st1:city>’s hospitals. GHQ-28 questionnaires were distributed between 350 of nurses. Using </span><span lang="EL" style="font-weight: normal font-size: 12pt mso-ansi-language: EL">&chi</span>^{<span style="font-weight: normal font-size: 12pt">2</span>}<span style="font-weight: normal font-size: 12pt"> test, Pearson correlation coefficient and regression with P<0.05 significant performed statistical analysis.</span></p> <p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: 12pt"><strong>Results:</strong></span><span style="font-weight: normal font-size: 12pt"> 144 (42.2%) were abnormal and 197 (57.8%) were normal. 43.5% of females and 32.5% of males were abnormal. 44.4% of married and 37.7% of single were abnormal. The most mental disorders (50%) were in second shift (afternoon).<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>The most mental disorder was in nurses of the Kosar maternity hospital (57.3%). There was statistical association between marriage status and physical disorder (P<0.05).
