style="font-family: "B Traffic" mso-bidi-language: FA"> </span></strong><span lang="FA" style="font-family: "B Traffic" mso-bidi-language: FA">از آنجایی که بسیاری از عفونت ها می تواند به وسیله بزاق و خون منتقل شوند لذا خطر انتقال آنها در دندانپزشکی مطرح می باشد</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family: "B Traffic"">. این مطالعه به منظور تعیین عملکرد دندانپزشکان شهر یاسوج در زمینه رعایت اصول کنترل عفونت انجام گردیده است<strong>.<!--stripped--><!--stripped--></strong></span></font></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify Traffic""><span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span></span></strong><span lang="FA" style="font-family: "B Traffic" mso-bidi-language: FA">این تحقیق یک مطالعه توصیفی – تحلیلی و به روش مقطعی است که بر روی 40 نفر از دندانپزشکان شهر یاسوج در سال 1385-1384 انجام گردیده است . روش نمونه گیری بصورت تمام شماری بوده است و عملکرد کلیه دندانپزشکان شهر یاسوج<strong> </strong>به روش مشاهده ارزیابی گردیده است.<strong> </strong>جمع آوری اطلاعات با اســتـفـاده از یک مورد چک لیست و یک مورد پرسشنامه انجام شد</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family: "B Traffic"">.</span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: "B Traffic" mso-bidi-language: FA"> برای<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش های آمار توصیفی، آزمون تی و کای دو<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> Traffic" mso-bidi-language: FA mso-ansi-language: FR"> </span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: "B Traffic" mso-bidi-language: FA"><font size="2">در خصوص میزان رعایت اصول کنترل عفونت بیشترین درصد دندانپزشکان (48درصد) در رده ضعیف قرارگرفتند. ارتباط بین میزان رعایت اصول کنترل عفونت با بومی یا غیر بومی بودن دندانپزشکان ، سن و سابقه کار آنان سنجیده شد که تنها میزان رعایت اصول کنترل عفونت توسط دندانپزشـکان با<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>سن دندانپزشــکان ارتباط معنی دار آماری داشت</font></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 9pt font-family: Arial mso-bidi-language: lang="FA" style="font-family: "B Traffic" mso-bidi-language: FA"><font size="2">. میانگین میزان رعایت این اصول در خصوص بیماریهای منتقله از راه خون، تنفس و ترشحات به ترتیب 20/36 ± 8/41 ،<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>15/91 ± 70 و 20/36 ± 8/41<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>بود. <!--stripped--><!--stripped--></font></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" FR">نتیجه نهائی:</span></strong><font size="2"><strong><span lang="FA" style="font-family: "B Traffic" mso-bidi-language: FA"> </span></strong><span lang="FA" style="font-family: "B Traffic" mso-bidi-language: FA">عملکرد دندانپزشکان شهر یاسوج در زمینه رعایت اصول<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>کنترل عفونت در بعضی از موارد قابل قبول بوده است<strong> </strong>ولی پایین بودن درصد میزان رعایت این اصول در بسیاری از موارد باعث کاهش میانگین میزان رعایت آنها در مجموع گردیده است که لازم است ابتدا آموزشهای لازم ارائه شده وسپس نظارتهای بیشتری اعمال گردد.<!--stripped--><!--stripped--> style="mso-bidi-language: FA">Many infection can be transmitted via saliva and blood , their transmission risk in dentistry is considerable.This study is done to determine the dentist’s process of yasouj city<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>regarding the observation of infection control principles.<!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-justify: kashida margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><strong>Materials & Methods:</strong> <span style="mso-bidi-language: FA">This research is a descriptive-analytic and cross sectional study which has been carried out on 40 dentists of yasooj city in the year 84-85. Sampling was done as census & the process of all dentists of yasooj city was evaluated by observation method . Data collection was done using one check list and one questionnaire which content validity method was used to determine their validity. To analyze data, descriptive statistics method , T-Test, Chi square test and SPSS was used.<!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify"><strong>Results:</strong> <span style="mso-bidi-language: FA">Regarding the observance of infection control principles rate, the maximum percentage of dentists (48%)were in weak class according to researcher´s opinion.
