fa بررسی تغییرات شدت خستگی در مبتلایان به سرطان قبل و بعد از سه دوره شیمی درمانی Intensity of Fatigue in Cancer Patients before and after 3 Cycles Chemotherapy پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي اصیل Original Research مقدمه و هدف:خستگی یکی از شایع ترین و نگران کننده ترین عارضه جانبی سرطان و درمان آن می باشد که اثر منفی بر کیفیت زندگی می گذارد. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین تغییرات شدت خستگی در مبتلایان به سرطان در مرحله قبل و بعد از سه دوره شیمی درمانی در بیمارستان های منتخب دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی تهران و شهید بهشتی شهر تهران در سال 81 ـ1380 بود. روش کار : این یک مطالعه توصیفی – همبستگی بود که از یک روش نمونه گیری غیر احتمالی مبتنی بر هدف استفاده گردید. 121 بیمار سرپایی مبتلا به سرطان در این مطالعه شرکت داشتند.اطلاعات به شیوه مصاحبه جمع آوری گردید. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش فرم انتخاب نمونه،فرم مشخصات دموگرافیک،فرم مربوط به اطلاعات بیماری ودرمان، پرسشنامه حمایت اجتماعی، مقیاس شدت خستگی و پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی بود. نتایج : یافته ها تفاوت آماری معنی داری بین میانگین شدت خستگی در مرحلـه قبـل و بعد از سه دوره شیــمــی درمانی نشان دادP<0.001) ). تفاوت آماری معـنی داری بین تغییرات شــدت خستگی با انــدکس توده بدنP=0.008)) وبـلاتکلـیـفـــی و امید P<0.001)) وجود داشت. هم چنین تغییرات شدت خستگی با هموگلوبین و علائم ناراحت کننده رابطه آماری معنی داری را نشــان داد P<0.001) ). نتیجه نهائی: شدت خستگی در طول شیمی درمانی افزایش می یابد.پرستاران با مداخلات مناسب وآموزش اقدامات خود مراقبتی به بیمار می توانند در کاهش خستگی و ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی کمک نمایند. Introduction & Objective: cancer treatment relate fatigue is the most prevalent and distressing side effect of treatment for cancer patients .fatigue lead to decline emotional ,psychosocial and physical functions and can be influence on the individual's quality of life.  The purpose of this study was determine the intensity of fatigue in cancer patients before and after 3 cycle chemotherapy in selected hospitals of Tehran and shahid beheshty medical science university in 2001-2002. Materials & Methods: This is adiscriptive –correlative study that utilized a purposeful sampling .one hundred twenty one out patients with cancer participated in this study.data callectad by interview .the instruments used included: the sample selection and demographic data form, social support questionnaire, fatigue severity scale , piper fatigue scale and quality o life scale (qol-30) Results: The finding indicated that a significant different between mean of intensity of fatigue(P<0.001) before and after 3 cycle chemotherapy .significant different was found between changes of intensity of fatigue with hope and uncertainty (P<0.001) and BMI(P=0.008),and significant positive correlation was found between intensity of fatigue with Hb and distressing symptom ( P<0.001). Conclusion: in cancer patient intensity of fatigue increase over the course of chemotherapy . Loss of BMI, other side effects ,hopeless , uncertainty ,anemia lead to increase intensity of fatigue . Fatigue lead to decline emotional ,psychosocial and physical functions and can be influence on the individual's quality of life.
