fa بررسی میزان آگاهی زنان در مورد فواید شیر مادر و نحوه صحیح شیردهی Knowledge Assessment of Women about the Benefits and Proper Method of Breast Feeding پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي اصیل Original Research مقدمه و هدف: شیردهی از پستان به عنوان بهترین فرم تغذیه نوزاد در سراسر دنیا شناخته شده و توصیه پزشکان متخصص کودکان آمریکا بر تغذیه انحصاری با شیرمادر در شش ماه اول زندگی است . شیر مادر اثر محافظتی در مقابل عفونت های روده ای ، عفونت دستگاه تنفسی ، بیماری های آلرژیک ، چاقی و دیابت نوع I دارد. با عنایت به این که تماس اولیه مادر و نوزاد می تواند در شیردهی موفقیت آمیز مادر تاثیر داشته باشد و برقراری این تماس عمدتاً بستگی به عملکرد پرسنل بیمارستان در امکان برقراری ارتباط بین مادر و نوزاد و هم چنین به میزان آگاهی مادر و طرز صحیح شیردهی وی دارد ، هدف از انجام این پژوهش تعیین میزان آگاهی زنان در مورد فواید شیر مادر و نحوه صحیح شیردهی در مرکز آموزشی درمانی هاجر شهرکرد بود . روش کار : در یک مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی ، تعداد 358 نفر از زنانی که در فاصله زمانی فروردین تا آبان ماه سال 1386 در مرکز آموزشی – درمانی هاجر زایمان کرده بودند ، به روش نمونه گیری آسان انتخاب شده و در مورد آگاهی از مزایای شیر مادر ونحوه صحیح شیردهی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. داده ها به وسیله پرسشنامه خود ساخته جمع آوری شد. پرسشنامه شامل مشخصات دموگرافیک و سوالات سنجش آگاهی در مورد شیر پاسخ صحیح به کمتر از 50 درصد سوالات نشان دهنده آگاهی ضعیف ، بین 75-50 درصد نشان دهنده آگاهی متوسط و بیش از 75 درصد نشان دهنده آگاهی خوب بود . اطلاعات جمع آوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزارspss و آزمون های آماری تی و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون تجزیه و تحلیل شد.  نتایج :آگاهی خوب در 2/18 درصد زنان ، آگاهی متوسط در 5/64 درصد آنان و آگاهی ضعیف در 3/17 درصد موارد مشاهده گردید . ارتباط معنی داری بین میزان آگاهی زنان با شغل و سطح تحصیلات آنان وجود داشت .زنان شاغل (001/0 = p) و تحصیل کرده آگاهی بیشتری نسبت به زنان خانه دار داشتند (008/0= p ).  نتیجه نهائی : با توجه به اینکه میزان آگاهی زنان در بیشتر موارد در حد متوسط بوده است لزوم آموزش به ویژه در زمینه درمان فرورفتگی نوک پستان، شیردهی در موارد دوقلویی و طول مدت شیردهی ، مدت زمان لازم بر ای فاسد شدن شیر مادر، نقش شیر مادر در پیشگیری از عفونت گوش، پوسیدگی دندان ، ایجاد حساسیت و بیماری اسهال توسط پرسنل مراکز بهداشتی درمانی پیشنهاد می گردد .  Introduction & Objective: Breast feeding is the best method of nutrition in infants in the through out of world and the pediatrics physician in the <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">United States of America</st1:place></st1:country-region> recommended the exclusive breast feeding, in the first six month of life. Breast feeding protects the infant from entrocolitis, respiratory infection, allergic disease, obesity and diabetes type I. The first communication between mother and infant can affect the successful feeding and this connection depends on the knowledge of mother and proper method of feeding in Hajar hospital.  Materials & Methods: In the descriptive and cross- sectional study, 358 of women who were delivered from March to August in Hajar hospital in Shahrekord 2007, selected easily and assessed about the benefits of breast feeding. We used the questionnaire for data collection. It contained individual characteristics and thirty – two questions about knowledge of breast feeding. For each correct answer, we allocated the 1 score and for each incorrect answer, 0 score was allocated .Correct answer to less of 50 percent of questions was detected for poor knowledge. 50 -75 percent of correct answer was detected for moderate and more of 75 percent was detected of knowledge. Data was analyzed by SPSS, t – test and Pearson correlation test.  Results: 18.2% of women had adequate knowledge, 64.5% had moderateand17.3% had inadequate knowledge. There was a significant correlation between job and education of women and their knowledge , employed and educated women had better knowledge about the benefits of breast feeding versus the unemployed and uneducated women (P= 0.001).  Conclusion: The Knowledge of women about the and their positive attitude about benefits of breast feeding was moderate.
