fa بررسی آگاهی زوجین در شرف ازدواج درباره بیماری تالاسمی در شهرستان بهار Knowledge of Couple about Thalassaemia at the Stage of Marriage in Bahar City پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي اصیل Original Research مقدمه و هدف: بیماری تالاسمی شایعترین بیماری ژنتیکی در ایران می باشد. اگاهی زوجین در شرف ازدواج می تواند در پیشگیری از آن نقش موثر داشته باشد. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین میزان اگاهی زوجین در شرف ازدواج در باره بیماری تالاسمی در شهرستان بهار می باشد.  روش کار: این مطالعه مقطعی بر روی 175 نفر از زوجین که برای دریافت خدمات مشاوره ای قبل از ازدواج به مرکز رفرانس شهرستان بهار در سال 86 مراجعه نموده بودند ، انجام گردید. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات ، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود و تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها بوسیله برنامه نرم افزار SPSS و با استفاده از آزمون مجذور کای (Chi-Square) انجام گرفت. نتایج: با توجه به نتایج این مطالعه 1/13 درصد از زوجین آگاهی خوب ، 4/47 درصد آگاهی متوسط و 4/39 درصد آگاهی ضعیف در باره بیماری تالاسمی داشتند. همچنین اختلاف معنی دار بین میزان اگاهی و جنسیت افراد مشاهده نگردید(05/0<P). اما اختلاف معنی دار بین میزان آگاهی و سطح سواد و محل سکونت مشاهده گردید به طوری که با افزایش سطح سواد میزان آگاهی زوجین افزایش و هم چنین میزان آگاهی جوانان شهری در مقایسه با روستایی از سطح نسبتاً بالاتری برخوردار بود(05/0>P).  نتیجه نهایی: نتایج این مطالعه نشان می دهد که در سالهای اخیر با بهره گیری از وسایل ارتباطات جمعی و آموزش پیرامون بیماری تالاسمی میزان اگاهی جوانان افزایش یافته اســت اما آمــوزش وســیـع تــر و مداوم به گروه های هدف (جوانان ، دانش آموزان، سربازان و سایر مردم) جهت ارتقاء فرهنگ پیشگیری از بیماری تالاسمی امری ضروری می باشد.    Introduction & Objective: Thalassaemia is a prevalent disease in <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Iran</st1:place></st1:country-region>. The knowledge of couple about thalassaemia at the stage of marriage has an important role in prevention of that. The objective of this study was to determine the knowledge of couple at the stage of Marriage in relation to the thalassaemia in Bahar city, Hamdan province. Materials & Methods: A cross-sectional study was performed. A total of 175 at the stage of Marriage was studied in counseling center of thalassaemia in Bahar in 2007. The data was collected of the couple with questionnaire and then were analyzed by SPSS. Results: According to the result of this study, the knowledge 13.1% of couple was good, 47.4% of couple was medium and 39.4% of couple was weak about thalassaemia.So there is no significant difference between the knowledge of men and women (P>0.05). But the rate of the knowledge of thalassaemia was significantly increased in urban area and higher levels of education (P<0.05).  Conclusion: This study showed that the knowledge of couple about thalassaemia was increased in the resent years using communication systems.
