fa بررسی شیوع خود درمانی و برخی از عوامل موثر بر آن در زنان شهر اراک Survey Prevalence of Self Medication and Factors Effected in Woman’s Arak City پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي اصیل Original Research مقدمه و هدف : خود درمانی یکی از مسایل مهم بهداشتی- اجتماعی است که به ویژه در جامعه زنان به دلیل واقع شدن در دوران حساسی همچون بارداری و شیردهی از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار می باشد لذا مطالعه حاضر به منظور تعیین فراوانی خود درمانی و برخی از عوامل موثر بر آن در مادران شهر اراک در سال 1387 صورت پذیرفته است. روش کار: در این مطالعه توصیفی - تحلیلی 300 نفر از زنان مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهر اراک به طور تصادفی و از روی شماره پرونده خانوار موجود در مراکز بهداشتی انتخاب و سپس از طریق مصاحبه و تکمیل پرسشنامه مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج: یافته های این پژوهش نشان داد که 54% از کل زنان مورد بررسی خود درمانی کرده بودند شایعترین بیماریهایی که خود درمانی می شدند به ترتیب بیماریهای تنفسی، کم خونی، بیماریهای گوارشی و بیماریهای اعصاب و روان بودند. شایعترین علل خود درمانی نیز به ترتیب شامل مهم تلقی نکردن بیماریها (69%)، گرانی حق ویزیت پزشکان (63%)، نداشتن دفترچه بیمه خدمات درمانی (55%) و تجربه قبلی از بیماری (53%) بود. بیشترین داروهایی که به صورت خود سرانه مصرف شده بودند نیز به ترتیب عبارت بودند از آنتی بیوتیکها (68%)، قرصهای سرماخوردگی (64%)، قرص آهن (57%)، آرامبخش ها (54%). بیشترین شیوع خود درمانی در گروه سنی 35-25 سال و کمترین آن در گروه سنی زیر 20 سال بود از نظر شغلی خود درمانی در میان کارمندان بیشتر شیوع داشت بیشترین فراوانی خود درمانی از نظر تحصیلات در میان افراد دانشگاهی و افرادی که فاقد بیمه خدمات درمانی بودند دیده شد. نتیجه نهائی : با توجه به هزینه بالای تولید و تهیه دارو و همچنین عوارض ناخواسته مصرف خودسرانه آن به خصوص در جامعه زنان به دلیل واقع شدن در دورانهای حساسی همچون بارداری و شیردهی باید جهت بالا بردن سطح فرهنگ و عدم مصرف خودسرانه داروها در جامعه و به خصوص زنان اقدام گردد. Introduction & Objective: Self-medication is one of the most health-social problem specially is population women for locating sensitive period for example pregnancy and milk give. The purpose of this study was to assess prevalence self medication and some factors effected in woman’s in <st1:city w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Arak</st1:place></st1:city> city. Materials & Methods: Through a descriptive-analytical study 300 women referring health centers <st1:city w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Arak</st1:place></st1:city> city random selected and then interviewed through a questionnaire. Results: Result indicated that %54 of all women committed self medication. The most common disease for which they were used were respiratory, Anemia, Alimentary and Psychiatric complications respectively. The most common factors underling self drug consumption were negligence of the disease (%69), and inability to afford the visit fees of the physicians (%63), don’t accesses insurance (%55) and before experience of disease (%53). The most prevalent form of drug were antibiotics (%68), table common cold (%64) and table iron (%57). Administrated drug consumption was more prevalent among 25 to 35 years old women and less prevalent below 20 years. It was also more prevalent among government employees. It was also very common among people having university degree and non medical insured women.
