fa بررسی میزان تحقق اهداف آموزشی در دروس تئوری دانشجویان پرستاری پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي اصیل Original Research <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><strong><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 9pt font-family: "B Traffic" mso-bidi-language: FA">مقدمه و هدف:</span></strong><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 9pt font-family: "B Traffic" mso-bidi-language: FA"> </span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: "B Traffic" mso-bidi-language: FA mso-ansi-font-size: 9.0pt"><font size="2">آموزش یکی از عوامل اساسی در<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>تربیت نیروی انسانی در راستای رشد و توسعه جوامع محسوب می شود. در هر برنامه آموزشی، ارزشیابی یکی ازمهمترین بخش ها به حساب می آید. بدین ترتیب که از طریق ارزشیابی می توان به قضاوت در مورد برنامه و یا آموزش پرداخت و نسبت به اجرای برنامه، اداره آموزش، و یا اصلاح و ایجاد تغییرات لازم در آن پرداخت. مطالعه حاضر به منظور بررسی میزان تحقق اهداف آموزشی در دانشجویان پرستاری نیمسال دوم 85-84 در دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان انجام شده است. <!--stripped--><!--stripped--></font></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><strong><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 9pt font-family: "B Traffic" mso-bidi-language: FA">روش کار:</span></strong><span lang="FA" style="font-family: "B Traffic" mso-bidi-language: FA mso-ansi-font-size: 9.0pt"><font size="2"> در این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی با روش نمونه گیری مبتنی بر هدف 66 دانشجو از دانشجویان پرستاری (ترمهای چهارم ، پنجم و ششم) در نیمسال دوم سالتحصیلی 85-84 انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه بودند از طریق مصاحبه تکمیل گردید. داده ها با نرم افزار آماری </font></span><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt mso-bidi-language: FA mso-bidi-font-family: 'B Traffic' mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt">spss</span><span style="font-family: "B Traffic" mso-bidi-language: FA mso-ansi-font-size: 9.0pt"><font size="2"> <span lang="FA">و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمونهای آماری کای دو ، تی تست و فیشر مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span><!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></font></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><strong><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 9pt font-family: "B Traffic" mso-bidi-language: FA">نتایج:</span></strong><span lang="FA" style="font-family: "B Traffic" mso-bidi-language: FA mso-ansi-font-size: 9.0pt"><font size="2"> نتایج بدست آمده حاکی از آن است که اهداف آموزشی دروس نظری از دیدگاه دانشجویان پرستاری ( ترمهای چهارم- پنجم و ششم) بیش از 9/90%<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>در حد متوسط و خوب و کمتر از 1/9% در حد ضعیف تحقق یافته است. همچنین بین میزان تحقق اهداف آموزشی دروس نظری از دیدگاه دانشجویان و نمرات پایان ترم آنها ارتباط معنی دار آماری مشاهده گردیده است.<!--stripped--><!--stripped--></font></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><strong><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size: 9pt font-family: "B Traffic"">نتیجه نهایی:</span></strong><font size="2"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family: "B Traffic" mso-ansi-font-size: 9.0pt"> </span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: "B Traffic" mso-bidi-language: FA mso-ansi-font-size: 9.0pt">با توجه به نتایج پژوهش و نظر به اینکه آموزش و یادگیری دو فرآیند مستمر و پویا و وابسته به یکدیگر هستند لازم است که با تدوین ساختار منظم آموزشی و قراردادن برنامه ریزی درسی و آموزشی در هسته تفکر آموزشی مدیران و مدرسین، ارزشیابی بعنوان یک فعالیت جاری و مستمر مدنظر قرار گرفته تا با اجرای مداوم آن و استفاده از نتایج حاصله بتوان گامی در جهت طراحی و برنامه ریزی مجدد برنامه های آموزشی و درسی برداشت</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="layout-grid-mode: line font-family: "B Traffic" mso-ansi-font-size: 9.0pt">.</span></font><strong><em><u><span lang="FA" style="color: black font-family: "B Traffic" mso-bidi-language: FA mso-ansi-font-size: 9.0pt mso-ascii-font-family: Arial mso-hansi-font-family: Arial"><!--stripped--><!--stripped--> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed text-align: justify tab-stops: 372.0pt"><strong><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"><font size="2">Introduction & Objective:</font></span></strong><span style="font-size: 12pt mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"> Education play a key role in the Growth & development of human community.
