fa بررسی میزان استفاده از روش های پیشگیری از بارداری قبل از اولین حاملگی Study of Contraceptive Methods Use before the First Pregnancy پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي اصیل Original Research مقدمه و هدف: فاصله گذاری بین ازدواج و اولین حاملگی به تکامل رابطه دو جانبه زن و شوهر، کسب آمادگی برای تربیت فرزند، رشد اقتصادی خانواده و در نتیجه تحکیم بنیاد خانواده می انجامد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین میزان استفاده از روش های پیشگیری از بارداری قبل از اولین حاملگی در زنان نولی پار انجام گرفت.  روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی – تحلیلی گذشته نگر بر روی 564 نفر از زنان نولی پار مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی همدان در سال 1385 انجام شد. نمونه گیری به صورت خوشه ای ساده و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه بود. از نرم افزار SPSS برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها استفاده شد. نتایج: میانگین سن افراد مورد مطالعه 4/23 سال و میانگین فاصله ازدواج تا اولین حاملگی 5/24 ماه بود. 7/80 درصد افراد قبل از اولین حاملگی از روش های پیشگیری از بارداری استفاده می نموداند و میانگین مدت پیشگیری قبل از اولین حاملگی 2/19 ماه بود و 8/64 درصد آن ها 1 سال و بیشتر آن را به کار می بردند. رایجترین روش جلوگیری از بارداری مورد استفاده پس از ازدواج قرص ترکیبی (5/48% ) ، withdrawal ( 36% ) و کاندوم (6/14%) بود. 92/28% از افرادی که پیشگیری از بارداری داشتند روش اول خود را قطع کرده و از روش دیگری استفاده نمودند که روش پیشگیری اولیه در 62/78 % آنها قرص های ترکیبی ضدبارداری بوده است و رایج ترین روش دوم مورد استفاده در این افراد منقطع (8/61%) بود. از نظر منبع آگاهی شایع ترین منبع آگاهی افراد در خصوص استفاده از روش پیشگیری مراکز تنظیم خانواده ( 3/61% ) بود . نتیجه نهایی: اکثر زوجها قبل از اولین حاملگی از روشهای جلوگیری از بارداری استفاده می نمودند و آنرا بیش از یکسال بکار می بردند و رایجترین روش جلوگیری از بارداری قرص ترکیبی بود و شایعترین منبع آگاهی افراد در خصوص استفاده از روش پیشگیری از بارداری مراکز تنظیم خانواده بود. Introduction & Objective: Spacing between marriage and the first pregnancy concludes to develop of mutual couples' relationship, preparation of children training, economical growth of the, family and consequently straightening of the family. Therefore, this study was performed to determine the rate of contraceptive methods use before the first pregnancy among nulliparous women. Materials & Methods: This retrospective descriptive –analytic study was performed on 564 nulliparous women who came to the health centers of <st1:city w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Hamadan</st1:place></st1:city> in 2006. Sampling method was simple clustering and data was gathered with questionnaire and was analyzed by SPSS / 13. Results: The mean of age of persons whom studied was 23.4 years old and the average time between marriage and the first pregnancy was 24.5 months. 80.7% of couples used contraceptive methods before first pregnancy and the average time using this methods was 19.2 months and 64.8% of women used them 1 year or more. After marriage most common contraceptive methods were combined OCs (48.5%), withdrawal (36%) and condom (14.6). 28.9% of persons who used contraceptive methods discountinued her first methods and used another method sands and 78.62% of them used combined OCs as first contraceptive method. The most common used new metods was withdrawal(61.8%). The most common sources of information about contraceptive methods was family planning centers (61.3%). Conclusion: Most couples used contraceptive methods before the first pregnancy and used methods more than 1 year.
