متاثر از عوامل متعددی دچار اختلال شود. این مطالعه با هدف توزیع فراوانی اختلالات جنسی زنان در قبل و بعد از یائسگی طراحی شده است.</span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: "B Traffic" mso-bidi-language: </span>می باشد<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>که در آن<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>اطلاعات مربوط به فعالیتهای جنسی در قبل و بعد از یائسگی 174 زن همسردار یائسه مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهر اصفهان در سال 1382 جمع آوری و مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>روش جمع آوری داده ها پرسشنامه اختلالات جنسی خود ساخته شده بود که روایی و پایائی آن درصد)، دیسپارونی (3/34 درصد)، اختلال در فاز برانگیختگی (8/26 درصد)،اختلال در فاز ارگاسم(8/23 درصد) و واژینیسموس<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">    </span>(4/16 درصد). توزیع فراوانی این اختلالات در دوره یائسگی آنها به ترتیب عبارست است از اختلال در فاز برانگیختگی (3/75 درصد)، اختلال در فاز تمایل (6/62 درصد)، اختلال در فاز ارگاسم (3/56 درصد)، دیسپارونی (9/34 درصد) و واژینیسموس (8/15 اختلالات جنسی را تجربه می کنند و پدیده یائسگی می تواند عاملی در جهت ایجاد، تداوم و یا مضاعف شدن اختلالات جنسی باشد.لذا بر نقش متخصصین مربوط به این امور در زمینه مشاوره و آموزش تأکید می شود<span There was a significant association between sexual functioning disorders before and after menopausal period (P< 0.001). Frequency distribution of sexual functioning disorders in productive period of these women in according to severity of disorders are include: sexual disire disorder (49.2%), dyspareunia (34.3%), Arousal dysfunction (26.8%), orgasmic dysfunction (23.8%), and vaginismus (16.4%).
