<p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><strong><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 9pt font-family: "B Traffic" mso-bidi-language: FA">مقدمه و هدف:</span></strong><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 9pt font-family: "B Traffic" mso-bidi-language: FA"> </span><font size="2"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family: "B Traffic" mso-ansi-font-size: 9.0pt">زمانی که درمان دیالیز برای اولین بار جهت جایگزینی کار کلیه استفاده شد هیچ کس نمی دانست که چه مقدار درمان با دیالیز جهت نگهداری سلامت بیماران نیاز است.کفایت دیالیز یک فاکتور مهم جهت بقا در<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>بیماران همودیالیزی می باشد. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>این پژوهش با هدف کلی تعیین کفایت دیالیز بر اساس مدل کنیتیک اوره در بیماران همودیالیزی در مرکز همودیالیز شهر فاطمه زهرا(س) شهر بوشهرطرح ریزی شد. </span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: "B Traffic" mso-bidi-language: FA mso-ansi-font-size: 9.0pt"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span><!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify text-kashida: 0% tab-stops: 100.3pt"><strong><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 9pt font-family: "B Traffic" mso-bidi-language: FA">روش کار:</span></strong><font size="2"><span lang="FA" style="font-family: "B Traffic" mso-bidi-language: FA mso-ansi-font-size: 9.0pt"> </span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family: "B Traffic" mso-ansi-font-size: 9.0pt">در این مطالعه توصیفی همه بیمارانی که در مرکز همودیالیز شهر بوشهر دو یا سه بار دیالیز می شدند(39 بیمار)مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.از این تعداد 15 زن و24 مرد بودند30نفر از بیماران سه بار در هفته دیالیز می شدند از کلیه نمونه ها قبل وبعد از دیالیز وزن و نمونه اوره خون اندازه گیری گردیدجهت بررسی کفایت دیالیز از روش </span></font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt mso-bidi-font-family: 'B Traffic' mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt">KT/V</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family: "B Traffic" mso-ansi-font-size: 9.0pt"><font size="2"> استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار </font></span><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt mso-bidi-font-family: 'B Traffic' mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt">SPSS</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family: "B Traffic" mso-ansi-font-size: 9.0pt"><font size="2"> انجام گرفت</font></span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: "B Traffic" mso-bidi-language: FA mso-ansi-font-size: 9.0pt"><font size="2">.<!--stripped--><!--stripped--></font></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><strong><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 9pt font-family: "B Traffic" mso-bidi-language: FA">نتایج:</span></strong><font size="2"><span lang="FA" style="font-family: "B Traffic" mso-bidi-language: FA mso-ansi-font-size: 9.0pt"> </span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family: "B Traffic" mso-ansi-font-size: 9.0pt">با استفاده از مقیاس </span></font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt mso-bidi-font-family: 'B Traffic' mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt">KT/V</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family: "B Traffic" mso-ansi-font-size: 9.0pt"><font size="2"> نشان داد که در گروهی که دو بار در هفته دیالیز می شدند دیالیز هیچکدام از کفایت لازم برخوردار نبود و در گروهی که سه بار در هفته دیالیز می شدند 7/96% کفایت لازم را نداشتند.بین وزن وکفایت دیالیز ارتباط معنی داری وجود دارد و بیماران با وزن بیشتر ا ز کفایت پایین تری برخوردار بودند.</font></span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: "B Traffic" mso-bidi-language: FA mso-ansi-font-size: 9.0pt"><!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></p>

Dialysis efficacy is one of the predominant factors survivals in hemodialysis patients. There are multiple methods for assessing the adequacy of dialysis. The index KT/V, most commonly used marker for dialysis adequacy. </span><span style="font-size: 12pt mso-bidi-font-size: 13.0pt">The aim of this study was to determine dialysis adequacy of haemodialytic patients </span><span style="font-size: 12pt mso-bidi-font-family: 'B Mitra' mso-bidi-font-size: 13.0pt">based on urea kinetic modeling in hemodialysis center in Boshehr city</span><span style="font-size: 11pt">.<!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed text-align: justify"><font size="2"><strong><span style="mso-bidi-language: FA mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">Materials & Methods:</span></strong><span style="mso-bidi-language: FA mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"> </span></font><span style="font-size: 12pt mso-bidi-font-family: 'B Mitra' mso-bidi-font-size: 13.0pt">This was prospective study design was applied </span><span style="font-size: 12pt mso-bidi-font-size: 13.0pt">all of the hemodialytic patients (39 cases) that 2 or 3 number of dialysis per week was selected in total sampling. The total samples it was 15 women and 24 men. Out of 76/9% of total sample was dialyzate 3 times in week.</span><span style="font-size: 12pt mso-bidi-font-family: 'B Mitra' mso-bidi-font-size: 13.0pt"> Weight and blood sampling obtained at before &after hemodialysis</span><span style="font-size: 12pt mso-bidi-font-size: 13.0pt"> were determined and KT/V methods were used for adequacy of dialysis. Data collected </span><span style="font-size: 12pt mso-bidi-font-family: 'B Mitra' mso-bidi-font-size: 13.0pt">were analyzed using SPSS, windows version </span><span style="font-size: 12pt mso-bidi-font-size: 13.0pt">for descriptive (mean- standard deviation) and analytical (X2) statistical methods</span><span style="font-size: 12pt mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">.</span><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"><!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-justify: kashida margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><strong><span style="mso-bidi-language: FA mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"><font size="2">Results:</font></span></strong><span style="font-size: 14pt mso-bidi-language: FA mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"> </span><span style="font-size: 12pt mso-bidi-font-family: 'B Mitra' mso-bidi-font-size: 13.0pt">Based on KT/V, 96.7% </span><span style="font-size: 12pt mso-bidi-font-size: 13.0pt">patients</span><span style="font-size: 12pt mso-bidi-font-family: 'B Mitra' mso-bidi-font-size: 13.0pt"> in thrice-weekly group and 100% in twice-weekly group had inadequate dialysis. There was significant difference between the dialysis adequacy and Weight (P<0.05)</span><span style="font-size: 12pt mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">.</span><span style="font-size: 12pt mso-bidi-language: FA mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"><!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></p>

The above results indicate the need further in order to determine the underlying reasons for dialysis inadequacy in these patients</span><span style="font-size: 12pt mso-bidi-language: FA mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">.<!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></p>
