fa بررسی آلودگی میکروبی وسایل مختلف بیمارستانی مرکز آموزشی ودرمانی هاجر شهرکرد The Evaluation of Different Hospital Equipment Microbial Contamination in Medical Training Center Hajar of Shahrekord پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي اصیل Original Research مقدمه وهدف: عفونتهای بیمارستانی از مهمترین مشکلات پزشکی بوده که سبب طولانی شدن زمان بستری و ایجاد هزینه های مادی ومعنوی می گردد. پژوهش حاضر به منظور تعیین میزان آلودگی میکروبی وسائل مختلف بیمارستانی مرکزآموزشی در مانی هاجر شهرکرد صورت گرفته است . روش کار: این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی است وجامعه مورد مطالعه وسایل مختلف بیمارستانی پزشکی وغیر پزشکی بیمارستان هاجر شهرکرد بود که نمونه های پژوهش از آنها انتخاب شده اند. نمونه کشتهای میکروبی به تعداد 137 مورد و به روش هدفمند از وسائل پزشکی وغیر پزشکی طی مدت 3 سال جمع آوری گردید. داده ها بوسیله نرم افزار آماریspss و تستهای آماری توصیفی مورد تجزیه تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد: از 137 مورد کشت ، 125 مورد (91%) از نظر وجود باکتری مثبت و 12 مورد (9%) منفی بودند. بیشترین آلودگی باکتریال مربوط به باکتری باسیلوس( 1/32% )میباشد. در بین بخشهای مختلف بیمارستانی بالاترین نتایج کشت میکروبی مثبت مربوط به بخشهای قلب ، داخلی ، نوزادان ، مراقبتهای ویژه 1و2 ودیالیز به میزان( 96% )میباشد. بخش لیبر (5/95%) ، نوزادان (5/90%) و اتاق عمل( 80%) از موارد کشت شده آلودگی مثبت داشته اند. ازبین وسائلی که کشت از آنها بعمل آمده بود بیشترین آلودگی وسائل غیر پزشکی مربوط به گوشی تلفن وکاور پرونده به میزان 100%و دستگیره درب یخچال 90% بوده است. بیشترین آلودگی وسائل پزشکی مربوط به مانومتر اکسیژن ودست پرسنل به میزان 100% بوده است.  نتیجه نهایی : یافته ها نشان داد آلودگی میکروبی با باکتریهای گرم مثبت ومنفی وعوامل قارچی در وسائل پزشکی وغیر پزشکی بیمارستانی به میزان نگران کننده ای وجود دارد. پیشنهاد میگ ردد شستن دستها بعنوان مهمترین اقدام ضد عفونی کننده, استریل کردن وسائل نمونه گیری وانجام کشتهای دوره ای باعث کاهش میزان آلودگی میکروبی می گردد.   Introduction & Objective: The nosocomial infection is great medical problem and caused infectious disease, increased hospitalization time, pert of time, energy, and economical source and death. This research for evaluation microbial contamination level of different hospital instrument In medical training center of Hajar shahrekord. Materials & Methods: This is a descriptive cross sectional research carried out for a period of 3 years at Hajar educational hospital. Sample were selected judgmental sampling. For data collection based on the goals of research the 137 microbial culture from different hospital wards and equipments (medical and non medical) were done. Results: The finding frame 137 cultures were showed that125 microbial culture was positive (91%) and 12 microbial cultures was negative (9%). The among microbial culture the highest bacterial contamination is related to bacillus bacteria (32.1%). The among different hospital wards highest bacterial contamination is related to heart, neonate, internal ,intensive care unit 1 and 2 and dialysis is(96%) labor (95.5%)- neonate (90.5%) operation room (80%)-the among different hospital instrument highest microbial contamination for non medical instrument is related to phone device and patient document cover (100%) and handle refrigerator (90%) and for medical instrument is related to O2 manometer and personal hand is (100%). Conclusion: The findings of this research showed that microbial contamination of Hajar hospitals equipment (medical and non medical) is high.
