fa بررسی عوارض انتقال خون در بیماران مبتلا به تالاسمی بیمارستانهای آموزشی شهر همدان The Investigation of Blood Transfusion’s Complications of Thalassemic Patients in Educational Hospitals of Hamadan Medical Science University پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي اصیل Original Research <h2 dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%">مقدمه و هدف:<span lang="AR-SA" style="font-weight: normal font-size: 10pt font-style: normal font-family: "B Traffic" mso-ansi-font-size: 9.0pt mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman' mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"> تالاسمی شایعترین اختلال هموگلوبین در جهان محسوب می‌گردد و به خاطر آن، بیماران مبتلا نیاز مداوم به دریافت خون دارند. دریافت خون علاوه بر نجات جان <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-weight: normal font-size: 10pt font-style: normal font-family: "B Traffic" mso-ansi-font-size: 9.0pt mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman' mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">بیمار عوارضی مانند: افزایش حجم در گردش, واکنش همراه تب, واکنش آلرژیک، واکنش سپتیک، واکنش همولتیک و احتمال انتقال بیماریهای عفونی (هپاتیت، ایدز، ...) را هم بدنبال دارد. این مطالعه با هدف شناخت میزان عوارض انتقال خون در بیماران تالاسمی مراجعه ‌کننده به بیمارستانهای آموزشی همدان صورت گرفته است. </h2> روش کار: این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی است. جامعه پژوهش تمام بیماران تالاسمی مراجعه کننده به این بیمارستانها بوده و نمونه پژوهش شامل آندسته از بیمارانی بود که حداقل ماهی یک واحد خون دریافت میکردند. داده‌های لازم توسط پرسشنامه و چک لیست توسط پژوهشگر گردآوری و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است.  نتایج: تجزیه وتحلیل دادهها نشان داد که 6% افراد تحت مطالعه دچار واکنش غیر همولتیک شدهاند. اما هیچیک از آنها دچار واکنش آلرژیک یا همولتیک نشدهاند و خوشبختانه هیچکدام از آزمودنیها از نظر HIV و هپاتیت B مثبت نبودهاند.  نتیجه‌نهایی: با آنکه استفاده از فیلتر حین تزریق خون و غربالگری خونهای اهدایی بسیاری از عوارض انتقال خون در بیماران مبتلا به تالاسمی را کاهش داده است ولی هنوز احتمال بروز واکنشهای غیر همولتیک وجود دارد که نیاز به دقت و مراقبت بیشتری از جانب تیم مراقبتی از جمله پرستار و پزشک دارد.  Introduction & Objective: Thalassemia is the most common hemoglobin disorder in the world. Because of this anemia it is necessary for the patients that receive blood alternatively. This type of blood infusion although saves the patients life, It has some complications. In this study we refer to some of these effects. The purpose of this study is recognize the rate of occurring these effect of the blood transfusion in thalassemic patients who referred to educational hospitals of Hamadan.  Materials & Methods: The statistical population was all the patients who referred to Ekbatan and Sina hospitals. This research is a descriptive study. Data were collected by checklist and questionnaire that was completed when the subjects refer to the hospitals for blood transfusion. Then data were analyzed by using EPI and SPSS computers software.  Results: The results shows that 6% of the subjects had febrile none hemolytic reaction, but none of them had allergic or hemolytic reactions. Also none of the subjects were HIV or HBSAg positive. Conclusion: By using blood transfusion filter and screening the received bloods in the blood transfusion’s centers many of the hemolytic and allergic reactions and infective diseases can be controlled, but there is the risk of nonhemolytic reactions.
