fa بررسی نگرش پرستاران به عوامل بازدارنده شرکت در آموزش مداوم پرستاری پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي اصیل Original Research <div dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><b><span style="font-size: 9pt">مقدمه</span></b><b><span style="font-size: 9pt"> و هدف</span></b><b><span style="font-size: 9pt"> :</span></b><font size="2">کسب دانش و مهارت جدید برای پرستاران ضروری است .آموزش مداوم دانش ،نگرش وعملکرد پرستاران را ارتقاء داده و نقش مهمی در ارتقاء کیفیت مراقبت دارد. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی عوامل بازدارنده شرکت در آموزش مداوم پرستاری<span>   در دو بیمارستان تامین اجتماعی البرز کرج و بیمارستان تامین اجتماعی شهریار در سال 1388 بود .</span></font></div> <div dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><b><span style="font-size: 9pt">روش کار:</span></b><font size="2"> تحقیق حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی بود که از روش نمونه گیری سرشماری استفاده گردید و 132 پرستار از دو بیمارستان تامین اجتماعی البرز کرج و شهریار در این مطالعه شرکت نمودند .ابزار های استفاده شده شامل مشخصات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه عمومی عوامل بازدارنده شرکت در آموزش مداوم <span>  بود . داده ها توسط نرم افزار </span></font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt"> SPSS</span><font size="2"> و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی ،آزمون تی و آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه تحلیل گردید. </font></div> <div dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><b><span style="font-size: 9pt">نتایج:</span></b><font size="2">یافته ها نشان دادند بیشترین میانگین مربوط به عوامل بازدارنده شرکت در آموزش مداوم مربوط به مسائل کاری (20/1±94/2)، محدودیت زمانی (10/1±48/2)،کمبود تسهیلات (99/0±30/2)،مرتبط نبودن دوره (84/0±05/2) بود . </font></div> <div dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><b><span style="font-size: 9pt">نتیجه</span></b><b><span style="font-size: 9pt"> نهایی:</span></b><font size="2"> نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد مسائل محل کار ،محدودیت زمانی و کمبود تسهیلات و مرتبط نبودن دوره ها مهمترین موانع شرکت در آموزش مداوم هستند و کاهش فاکتورهای بازدارنده ممکن است سبب افزایش شرکت در برنامه های آموزش مداوم پرستاری شود.</font></div> <div style="text-justify: kashida direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><b><font size="2">Introduction & Objective:</font></b><span style="font-size: 12pt">Acquiring new knowledge and skills is essential for nurses. Continuing educations improve knowledge, attitudes and performance of nurses and have important role in improving quality of care. The aim of this study was to evaluate </span><span style="font-size: 12pt">deterring factors of participation </span><span style="font-size: 12pt">in continuing nursing education in </span><span style="font-size: 12pt">two hospital social security of Alborz of Karaj and social security hospital of Shahriar (2009)</span><span style="font-size: 12pt">.</span></div> <div style="text-justify: kashida direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><font size="2"><b>Materials & Methods:</b> </font><span style="font-size: 12pt">This is a descriptive study that utilized census sampling and </span><span dir="rtl" style="font-size: 12pt"> </span><span style="font-size: 12pt">132 nurses of two hospital social security organization of Alborz of Karaj and Shahriar participated in this study. The instruments used included: demographic data form,</span><span style="font-size: 12pt"> deterrents to participation Scale.
