fa بررسی تیتر آنتی بادی هپاتیت ?Bدر دانشجویان دانشکده پرستاری مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي اصیل Original Research <div dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><b><span style="font-size: 9pt">مقدمه و هدف:</span></b><font size="2"> هپاتیت </font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">B</span><font size="2"> بیماری قرن اخیر است. تخمین زده می شود در سراسر جهان 350 میلیون نفر مبتلا وجود داشته باشد. همچنین یک مشکل جدی سلامت در ایران بوده و دهمین علت مرگ و میر در ایران می باشد. ایمنی فعال موثرترین روش پیشگیری از هپاتیت </font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">B</span><font size="2">می باشد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تیتر آنتی بادی هپاتیت</font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">B</span><font size="2"> در</font><font size="2">دانشجویان دانشکده پرستاری مامایی همدان در سال 1385 انجام گردید.</font></div> <div dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><b><span style="font-size: 9pt">روش کار:</span></b><font size="2">این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی – تحلیلی است که بر روی 50 دانشجوی پرستاری و مامایی که سه نوبت واکسیناسیون هپاتیت</font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">B</span><font size="2">را دریافت کرده و مدت 4 ماه از نوبت سوم واکسیناسیون آنها گذشته بود، انجام گردید. نمونه ها به روش نمونه گیری</font><font size="2">تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامه و تست تعیین تیتر آنتی بادی بود. در نهایت داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار </font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">SPSS</span><font size="2">تجزیه و تحلیل شد.</font></div> <div dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><b><span style="font-size: 9pt">نتایج:</span></b><font size="2"> این پژوهش نشان داد در66 درصد دانشجویان واکسینه شده ایمنی مطلوب، در 28 درصد آنها ایمنی متوسط و در 6 درصد ایمنی ضعیف وجود داشت. نتایج آزمون آماری کای اسکوئیر نشان داد که میزان ایمنی واحدهای مورد پژوهش ارتباط آماری معنی داری با جنسیت، وزن و سن آنها نداشت.</font></div> <div dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><b><span style="font-size: 9pt">نتیجه نهایی:</span></b><font size="2"> پیشگیری موضوع مهمی در سلامتی عمومی محسوب می گردد. واکسیناسیون گروههای در معرض خطر خصوصا دانشجویان از روشهای پیشگیری محسوب می گردد. با توجه به وجود 6 درصد ضعف ایمنی بدنبال واکسیناسیون هپاتیت</font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">B</span><font size="2">، </font><font size="2">تعیین تیترآنتی بادی بدنبال واکسیناسیون توصیه می گردد.</font></div> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed text-align: justify"><font face="Times New Roman"><b><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman' mso-bidi-language: FA"><font size="2">Introduction & Objective:</font></span></b><span style="font-size: 12pt mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman' mso-bidi-language: FA"> </span><span style="font-size: 12pt color: black">Hepatitis B is a recent century disease. Fifty students were randomly enrolled in this study. The tool of data collection was questionnaire and anti-HBs titer.
