fa بررسی تاثیر آموزش به شیوه گروه کوچک بر میزان الکترولیت‌های سرم در بیماران همودیالیزی پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي اصیل Original Research <div dir="rtl" style="margin: 0cm -2.6pt 0pt 0cm"><b><span style="font-size: 9pt">مقدمه و هدف:</span></b><font size="2">یکی از مشکلات مهم و شایع بیماران همودیالیزی اختلالات الکترولیتی است. بسیاری از بیماران آگاهی کاملی از محدودیت مصرف رژیم غذایی ندارند. آموزش ابزاری قدرتمند برای کمک به بیماران در تصحیح رفتارها و ارتقا توانایی، دانش و آگاهی آنها برای عملکرد صحیح می­باشد. یکی از روش­های آموزش، آموزش به شیوه گروه کوچک است.</font></div> <div dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><b><span style="font-size: 9pt">روش کار:</span></b><font size="2"> در یک مطالعه نیمه تجربی داده­های مورد نظر از 42 بیمار همودیالیزی در سال 1389 جمع­آوری شد. قبل از شروع آموزش­ها، میزان الکترولیت­ها ثبت شد. سپس آموزش گروهی طی 4 جلسه ارائه شد. یک هفته و یکماه پس از اتمام آموزش مجدداً الکترولیت­ها اندازه­گیری شد. </font></div> <div dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><b><span style="font-size: 9pt">نتایج:</span></b><font size="2"> میانگین سدیم سرم بیماران قبل، یک هفته و یک ماه بعد از آموزش به ترتیب 21/137، 81/135 و 95/134 میلی اکی والان بر لیتر بود که از لحاظ آماری اختلاف معناداری نداشته است. میانگین پتاسیم سرم قبل، یک هفته و یک ماه بعد از آموزش به ترتیب 16/5، 96/4 و 99/4 میلی اکی والان بر لیتر بود که در یک هفته بعد از آموزش تغییرات معنادار بوده(05/0></font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">P</span><font size="2">) اما در یک ماه بعد از آموزش کاهش معناداری از لحاظ آماری وجود نداشته است. میانگین کلسیم قبل، یک هفته و یک ماه بعد از آموزش به ترتیب 76/8، 25/9 و 58/9 میلی گرم بر دسی لیتر بود که تغییرات از لحاظ آماری معنادار بوده است(05/0></font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">p</span><font size="2">). میانگین فسفر قبل، یک هفته و یک ماه بعد از آموزش به ترتیب 15/5، 45/4و 60/4 میلی گرم بر دسی لیتر بود که این تغییرات از لحاظ آماری معنادار بوده است(05/0></font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">P</span><font size="2">).</font><font size="2"> </font></div> <p><b><span dir="rtl" style="font-size: 9pt">نتیجه نهایی:</span></b><span dir="rtl" style="font-size: 10pt">آموزش به شیوه گروه کوچک باعث کاهش اختلالات پتاسیم، فسفر و کلسیم در بیماران همودیالیزی می­شود.</span></p> <div style="text-justify: kashida direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><b><font size="2">Introduction & Objective:</font></b><span style="font-size: 12pt">One of the most and important problems of hemodialysis Patients is electrolytes disorders. Small group education is a kind of group education</span><font size="2">.</font></div> <div style="text-justify: kashida direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><font size="2"><b>Materials & Methods:</b> </font><span style="font-size: 12pt">This is a quasi-experimental study that data were collected from 42 Hemodialysis patients. Before education serum's electrolytes measured. Then small group education performed in 4 sessions. One week and month after education this variables measured again</span><span style="font-size: 12pt">.</span></div> <div style="text-justify: kashida direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><font size="2"><b>Results:</b> </font><span style="font-size: 12pt">The means of serum's sodium before, one week and one month after education was 137.21, 135.81 and 134.95 meq/l respectively which was not </span><span style="font-size: 12pt color: black">statistically significant (P>0.05)</span><span style="font-size: 12pt">. The means of serum's potassium before, one week and one month after education were 5.16, 4.96 and 4.99 meq/l respectively differences between <span style="color: black">before education and one week after education was </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt color: black">statistically</span><span style="font-size: 12pt color: black"> significant(P<0.05), but differences between before education and one month after education was not </span><span style="font-size: 12pt color: black">statistically</span><span style="font-size: 12pt color: black"> significant </span><span style="font-size: 12pt color: black">(P>0.05)</span><span style="font-size: 12pt color: black">.</span><span style="font-size: 12pt color: black">The means of </span><span style="font-size: 12pt">serum's<span style="color: black"> calcium before, one week and one month after education were 8.76, 9.25 and 9.58 mg/dl respectively which was </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt color: black">statistically</span><span style="font-size: 12pt color: black"> significant (P<0.05).
