fa بررسی ارتباط عملکرد جنسی با رضایت جنسی در زنان مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی جنوب شهر تهران پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي اصیل Original Research <div dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><b><span style="font-size: 9pt">مقدمه و هدف:</span></b><font size="2"> فعالیت های جنسی انسان برای وی بسیار حیاتی بوده و با گذشت زمان مفاهیم مذهبی، عرفانی و تاریخی را نیز دربرگرفته است. هدف پژوهش تعیین ارتباط عملکرد جنسی با رضایت جنسی در زنان مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی جنوب شهر تهران درسال 1389 می باشد.</font></div> <div dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><b><span style="font-size: 9pt">روش کار:</span></b><font size="2">این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی بر روی 405 زن از مراجعین مراکز بهداشتی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران بود. ابزارگردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه بود و جهت تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی(آزمون </font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">t</span><font size="2">، آزمون </font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">ANOVA</span><font size="2"> و آزمون </font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">Trend</span><font size="2">) استفاده شد.</font></div> <div dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><b><span style="font-size: 9pt">نتایج:</span></b><font size="2"> رضایت جنسی در اکثریت افراد(2/58%) متوسط بود. ازنظر عملکرد جنسی طی یکماه گذشته اکثر واحد ها(3/76%) یکبار یا بیشتر در هفته نزدیکی داشتند(003/0</font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">p=</span><font size="2">)و 5/34% افراد در اغلب موارد احساس مرطوب شدن داشتند(000/0</font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">p=</span><font size="2">)؛ 2/35% از واحدها گاهی اوقات به اوج لذت جنسی رسیده بودند(000/0</font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">p=</span><font size="2">)و 7/50% از زنان گزارش کردند که بعد از همسرشان به ارگاسم می رسیدند(000/0</font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">p=</span><font size="2">).</font></div> <div dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><b><span style="font-size: 9pt">نتیجه نهائی:</span></b><font size="2"> براساس نتایج پژوهش کلیه متغیرهای مربوط به عملکرد جنسی افراد با رضایت جنسی آنها مرتبط بود. پیشنهاد می شود که با تاسیس واحد بهداشت جنسی زنان در مراکز بهداشتی به انجام مشاوره در زمینه عملکرد جنسی زنان و رفع مشکلات موجود پرداخته شود.</font></div> <div style="text-align: justify unicode-bidi: embed direction: ltr"><b><font size="2">Introduction & Objective:</font></b><span style="color: black font-size: 12pt">Human’s sexual activities were</span><span style="color: black font-size: 12pt"> vital for him and over time Religious, Mystic and Historical concepts</span><span style="color: black font-size: 12pt">have been</span><span style="color: black font-size: 12pt">associated</span><span style="color: black font-size: 12pt"> with </span><span style="color: black font-size: 12pt">itself, too. The aim of this study is determined</span><span style="color: black font-size: 12pt"> sexual function relationship with sexual satisfaction in referred to Tehran <span>South City health centers in 2010.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify unicode-bidi: embed direction: ltr"><font size="2"><b>Materials & Methods:</b> </font><span style="color: black font-size: 12pt">This</span><span style="color: black font-size: 12pt">study</span><span style="color: black font-size: 12pt">is</span><span style="color: black font-size: 12pt">a</span><span style="color: black font-size: 12pt">cross-sectional survey that conducted on 405 women of Referred</span><span style="color: black font-size: 12pt">to</span><span style="color: black font-size: 12pt">health centers. Data collection</span><span style="color: black font-size: 12pt">was a questionnaire. For data</span><span style="color: black font-size: 12pt">analysis was used descriptive statistics and statistical inference (T test, </span><span style="font-size: 12pt">ANOVA test, </span><span style="color: black font-size: 12pt">Trend</span><span style="color: black font-size: 12pt">test).</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify unicode-bidi: embed direction: ltr"><b><font size="2">Results:</font></b><span style="color: black font-size: 12pt">The</span><span style="color: black font-size: 12pt"> majority of study subjects (58.2%) had moderate sexual satisfaction. Of sexual function in recent months, most units (76.3%) had an intercourse or more per week. 34.5% of people in their most sexual activities, had a sense of being wet. Within a month, 35.2% of the units had reached orgasm sometimes. 50.7% of women reported that have come to the orgasm after his wife.</span></div> <div style="text-justify: kashida text-align: justify text-kashida: 0% unicode-bidi: embed direction: ltr"><b><font size="2">Conclusion:</font></b><span style="color: black font-size: 12pt">The result of this study</span><span style="color: black font-size: 12pt"> showed that all variables related to sexual function of people were associated with their sexual satisfaction.
