fa بررسی رابطه خود کنترلی با تمایل نوجوانان به مصرف مواد مخدر The Relationship between Self-Control and Intention to Substance Abuse in Adolescents پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي اصیل Original Research <div dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%">مقدمه و هدف: خود کنترلی کم به عنوان یک عامل محوری برای سوء مصرف مواد مخدر میان نوجوانان است. با توجه به اهمیت خودکنترلی در بروز رفتارهای پر خطر در نوجوانان، این مطالعه با هدفبررسی رابطه خودکنترلی با تمایل نوجوانان به مصرف مواد مخدر انجام شد.</div> <div dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%">روش کار: این پژوهش،یکمطالعهتوصیفی مقطعیاست که در سال 1390 دریک نمونه 650نفری از دانش آموزان پسر شهرهمدان که به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شده بودند،انجامشدهاست. اطلاعاتبااستفادهازپرسشنامهکتبیوبهروشخودگزارشدهیجمعآوری شد. داده ها با نرم افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.</div> <div dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%">نتایج: یافته های مطالعه نشان داد که 1/11درصد(72 نفر) از دانش آموزان سابقه مصرف سیگار، 4/3 درصد(22 نفر) سابقه مصرف موادمخدر و 12درصد(78 نفر) قصد مصرف مواد مخدر را گزارش نمودند. بین خود کنترلی و سابقه مصرف سیگار رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد(001/0 p=)، همچین بین خود کنترلی و سابقه مصرف مواد مخدر (012/0 p=) و قصد مصرف مواد مخدر ( 001/0 p=) و نگرش نسبت به مواد مخدر (007/0 p=)رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد. </div> <div dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida text-align: justify line-height: 105% text-kashida: 0%">نتیجهنهایی:خود کنترلی به عنوان عامل مهم و کلیدی درگرایش نوجوانان به مصرف مواد است. آموزش به موقع مهارتهای خود کنترلی می تواند در پیشگیری از مصرف مواد مخدر بسیار موثر باشد. لذا لازم است مسئولین آموزش و پرورش در یک برنامه جامع و مداوم دانش آموزان دارای خودکنترلی کم را شناسایی و به آنان مهارت لازم را آموزش دهند.</div> <div dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"> </div> <div style="text-justify: kashida text-align: justify text-kashida: 0% unicode-bidi: embed direction: ltr">Introduction & Objective: Low self-control is a fundamental factor for drug abuse among adolescents. Due to the importance ofself-control in preventing high-risk behaviors in adolescents, this study was conducted to examine the relationship between self-control and substanceabuse.</div> <div style="text-align: justify margin: 0cm -7.1pt 0pt 0cm layout-grid-mode: char unicode-bidi: embed direction: ltr">Materials & Methods:Thiscross-sectional study was carried outon arandomsample of650male studentsin Hamadan. Data was collected bywritten questionnaireandself-reporting methodsandit was analyzedusing SPSSsoftware version16.</div> <div style="text-justify: kashida text-align: justify text-kashida: 0% unicode-bidi: embed direction: ltr">Results:This study showed that 72 students had history of smoking (11.1%), 22 students had history of drug use (3.4%), and 78 students had intention todrug use (12%). There was a significant relationship between self-control and history of smoking (p=0.001), history of drug use (p=0.012), intention todrug use (p=0.001) and attitude toward drugs (p=0.007).</div> <div style="text-align: justify unicode-bidi: embed direction: ltr">Conclusions:33.7% of the subjects had over weight and 15.8% obesity.
