گردید. نمونه گیری به صورت در دسترس انجام گرفت و به طور تصادفی به دو گروه کنترل (24) و مداخله (24) تقسیم شدند. دانشجویان گروه مداخله تحت آموزش پرستاری مبتنی بر شواهد قرار گرفتند. نحوه نگارش فرآیند پرستاری توسط دانشجویان گروه کنترل و مداخله با چک لیست مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار </span><span dir="ltr" style="font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif' font-size: 10pt اهداف 9/66 درصد، در برنامه ریزی 2/72 درصد، در اجرا 3/77 درصد<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>و در ارزشیابی 4/68 درصد عملکرد مثبت نسبت به گروه کنترل داشته است، که از لحاظ آماری معنی دار بوده
