fa بررسی رابطه خودکارآمدی با تصمیم گیری بالینی در پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستانهای شهر بوشهر پرستاری Nursing گزارش مورد case report <p dir="rtl" style="margin-right: 14.2pt"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> تصمیم گیری بالینی یک فرآیند تفکر انتقادی در انتخاب بهترین عمل جهت رسیدن به اهداف مطلوب می‌باشد. یکی از وظایف مهم پرستاران تصمیم گیری بالینی می‌باشد، لذا می‌بایست از توانایی تصمیم‌گیری بالینی مناسبی برخوردار باشند. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی رابطه خودکارآمدی با تصمیم‌گیری بالینی در پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان‌های شهر بوشهر در سال 1394 انجام شده است.</p> <p dir="rtl" style="margin-right: 14.2pt"><strong>روش کار:</strong> پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی است که به صورت مقطعی بر روی 247 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستانهای شهر بوشهر انجام شده است. روش نمونه‌گیری به صورت تصادفی طبقه بندی شده بود. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی عمومی شوآرتز و جروسلم و پرسشنامه تصمیم گیری بالینی استخراج شده و با آزمون های تحلیل واریانس، همبستگی پیرسون و اسپیرمن و کای-اسکور با نرم افزار <span dir="ltr">SPSS/22</span> مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند.</p> <p dir="rtl" style="margin-right: 14.2pt"><strong>یافته&shy;ها:</strong> پرستاران از نظر میانگین امتیاز خودکارآمدی 33/21 و امتیاز تصمیم‌گیری بالینی 61/45 در وضعیت مطلوب قرار داشتند. همچنین ارتباط معناداری بین سن (198/0=<span dir="ltr">r</span>، 01/0><span dir="ltr">p</span>)، سابقه کار (203/0=<span dir="ltr">r</span>، 01/0><span dir="ltr">p</span>) و جنسیت (532/56=<span dir="ltr">chi</span>، 05/0><span dir="ltr">p</span>) با امتیاز تصمیم گیری بالینی پرستاران مشاهده شد. در نهایت ارتباط معنادار، مثبت و نسبتاً قوی بین امتیاز خودکارآمدی و تصمیم گیری بالینی پرستاران مشاهده شد (563/0=<span dir="ltr">r</span>، 01/0><span dir="ltr">p</span>).</p> <p dir="rtl" style="margin-right: 14.2pt"><strong>نتیجه نهایی: </strong>با توجه به اهمیت بحث تصمیم گیری بالینی و ارتباط معنادار آن با خودکارآمدی در پرستاران، توصیه می&shy;شود در فرآیند سیاستگذاری جهت ارتقاء کمی و کیفی خدمات، بهبود خودکارآمدی و تصمیم‌گیری بالینی پرستاران در ساختار نظام سلامت مد نظر قرار گیرد.</p> <p style="margin-left: 7.1pt"><span face=""><strong>Background:</strong> The clinical decision-making is a process of critical thinking to choose the best practice to achieve the desired objectives. Nurses in the health system known as one of the important health service providers that clinical decision-making is one of their duties in the field. Therefore, they should have the ability to make appropriate clinical decisions. This study was conducted to assess the relationship between self-efficacy and clinical decision-making of nurses working in hospitals in Bushehr in 2015.</span></p> <p style="margin-left: 7.1pt"><span face=""><strong>Methods:</strong> This was a descriptive analytic study, which have been done cross section on the 247 nurses working in hospitals in Bushehr that were selected by stratified random sampling method. Schwartz & Jerusalem General Self-Efficacy Questionnaire and Jenkins clinical decision questionnaire were used as data collection tools. Data were analyzed by SPSS/22.</span></p> <p style="margin-left: 7.1pt"><span face=""><strong>Results: </strong>The study findings showed that the nurses have been in good condition in term of self-efficacy (21.33) and clinical decision-making (45.61). There were significant relationship between clinical decision-making with age (r=0.198, p<0.01), working experience (r=0.203, p<0.01), and gender of nurses (chi=56.532, p<0.05).
