fa بررسی مهارت های ارتباطی پرستاران با مادران و کودکان بستری حین انجام مراقبت های پرستاری در بخش های کودکان پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي اصیل Original Research <p dir="rtl"><strong>چکیده:</strong></p> <p dir="rtl"><strong>مقدمه و هدف</strong>: نحوه ارتباط پرستاران با کودک و خانواده، میتواند در تنش ناشی از بستری شدن کودکان موثر باشد. هدف این مطالعه تعیین مهارتهای ارتباطی پرستاران با مادران و کودکان بستری حین انجام مراقبتهای پرستاری در بخشهای کودکان مرکز آموزشی درمانی بعثت همدان بود.</p> <p dir="rtl"><strong>روش کار</strong>: در این مطالعه توصیفی &ndash; تحلیلی، 22 پرستار کودکان به روش سرشماری انتخاب و سپس به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده 330 مهارت ارتباطی با کودکان بستری و 330 مهارت ارتباطی با مادران آنان در حین مراقبتهای پرستاری مورد مشاهده قرار گرفت. به منظور گردآوری داده ها، از چک لیست محقق ساخته مهارتهای ارتباطی پرستار با مادر و کودک استفاده شد. داده ها با نرم افزار <span dir="ltr">spss</span> نسخه 16، آمار توصیفی و مدل رگرسیون چندگانه خطی تحلیل شدند.</p> <p dir="rtl"><strong>یافته ها</strong>: 1/76درصد مهارتهای ارتباطی پرستاران با مادران (با میانگین 5/54 و انحراف معیار 3/13) و 2/78 درصد آن با کودکان (با میانگین 4/47 و انحراف معیار 2/12) نسبتا مطلوب بود. معادله رگرسیون چندگانه خطی نشان داد که از بین متغیرهای دموگرافیک پرستاران، فقط تعداد فرزندان پرستاران متاهل بر مهارتهای ارتباطی آنان با مادران ارتباط آماری داشت (01/0<span dir="ltr">p<</span>). همچنین نوع شیفت (01/0<span dir="ltr"> p<</span>) و تعداد فرزندان پرستاران متاهل (01/0<span dir="ltr"> p<</span>) بر مهارتهای ارتباطی آنان با کودکان ارتباط آماری داشت.</p> <p dir="rtl"><strong>نتیجه نهایی</strong>: با اینکه مهارتهای ارتباطی پرستاران با مادران و کودکان بستری نسبتاً مطلوب بود، به منظور ارتقاء کیفیت مراقبت ها، توجه به مهارتهای پرستاری امری ضروری است، پیشنهاد می شود که دوره های آموزش ضمن خدمت در این زمینه برگزار گردد.</p> <p><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p><strong>Background:</strong> Nurses relationship with the child and family, can be effective in the stress of hospitalized children. The aim of this study was to determine the skills of nurses during patient care for mothers and hospitalized children in pediatric wards in Besat Educational and Treatment center in Hamadan.</p> <p><strong>Materials & Methods:</strong> In this descriptive - analytical study, using census method, 22 pediatric nurses were selected. After that, using simple random sampling, 330 communication skills with hospitalized children and 330 communication skills with their mothers was observed during nursing care. In order to collect data, researcher made Communication Skill Checklist with mothers and children were employed. Using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression model data were analyzed by SPSS software version16.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> 76 percent of nurses&#39; communication skills with mothers (with Mean value of 54.5 and Standard deviation value of 13.3) and with children (with Mean value of 47.4 and Standard deviation value of 12.2) was relatively desirable. Multiple linear regression equation showed that among nurses&#39; demographic characteristics, only the number of children of married nurses had statistical relationship with their communication skills with mothers (p<0.01). Also type of work&#39;s shift (p<0.01) and number of children of married nurses (p<0.01) had statistical relationship with their communication skills with children.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Although nurses&#39; communication skills with mothers and hospitalized children was relatively high but improvement of the quality of nursing care needs to be promoted.
