fa تأثیر قصه‌گویی بر اضطراب کودکان 7-4 سال بستری‌شده در بیمارستان: مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي اصیل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:iransans;"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>قصه‌گویی یکی از روش‌های مناسب برای کاهش اضطراب کودکان بستری‌شده در بیمارستان است. هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی قصه‌گویی بر کاهش اضطراب کودکان 7-4 ساله‌ای است که در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی شهر اهواز بستری شده‌اند.<br> <strong>روش کار: </strong>این پژوهش یک کارآزمایی بالینی است. نمونه‌های مطالعه‌شده 40 کودک 4 تا 7 سال هستند که به دلایل مختلف پزشکی در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی شهر اهواز بستری شده‌اند. پژوهشگر قبل از مداخله، میزان اضطراب بیماران را براساس مقیاس اضطراب کودکان پیش‌دبستانی اسپنس (فرم والدین) بررسی کرد. بعد از این ارزیابی دو گروه مداخله و کنترل (در هر گروه 20 نفر) به‌صورت تصادفی (بلوکی ـ طبقه‌ای) انتخاب شدند. گروه مداخله، در برنامه قصه‌گویی چهار جلسه‌ای، هر جلسه به مدت حداقل 20 دقیقه، شرکت کردند. در سمت مقابل، گروه کنترل فقط در معرض مکالمات روزمره قرار داشتند. برای تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (مجذور کای، آزمون‌های تی مستقل و تی زوجی) استفاده شد. در نهایت داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 20 و در سطح معنی‌داری (0/05 > <em>P</em> ) تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج نشان داد بین میانگین اضطراب دو گروه، بعد از مداخله، تفاوت آماری معنی‌داری وجود دارد و قصه‌گویی اضطراب کودکان گروه مداخله را کاهش داده است (0/01&ge; <em>P</em> ).<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>قصه‌گویی می‌تواند اضطراب کودکان 4 تا 7 سال بستری‌شده در بیمارستان را کاهش دهد.</span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Storytelling is one of the appropriate methods to reduce anxiety in children admitted to hospital. The aim of this research was to investigate the effectiveness of storytelling in anxiety among 4-7 year old children who were admitted to hospital.<br> <strong>Methods: </strong>This research is a clinical trial. The samples were 40 children aged 4 to 7 years which were admitted at Ahvaz educational hospitals for different medical reasons. Prior to the intervention, the researcher examined the anxiety level of children according to the anxiety scale of the preschool children of Spence (parental form). After completing a research tool by mothers in both groups, the samples were randomly (Classified block) divided into two groups. Intervention group had 4 sessions of treatment (storytelling) for 20 minutes per each session at separate days.&nbsp; In the control group, only daily conversation was performed. The data analysis was done using descriptive and inferential statistical tests (Chi-square, independent t-test, and paired t-test).
