fa ارتباط حمایت پرستاری از والدین با تأمین نیازهای مادران کودکان بستری در مرکز آموزشی ـ درمانی بعثت همدان پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي اصیل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:iransans;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> بستری شدن کودک در بیمارستان یکی از دلایل اصلی تنش و اضطراب والدین است. با توجه به اهمیت مراقبت خانواده‌محور، حمایت پرستاران از والدین و درک نیازهای آنها برای تأمین و برآورده کردن آن نیازها امری ضروری به شمار می‌آید. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین نقش حمایت پرستاری در تأمین نیازهای مادران کودکان بستری‌شده انجام شده است.<br> <strong>روش کار: </strong>پژوهش حاضر مطالعۀ توصیفی - مقطعی است. ۲۵۰ نفر از مادران کودکان بستری‌شده در بخش کودکان مرکز آموزشی ـ درمانی بعثت همدان در پاییز سال ۱۳۹۶ به روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه‌های &laquo;حمایت پرستار از والدین&raquo; و &laquo;نیازهای والدین کودکان&raquo; و همچنین پرسش‌نامۀ &laquo;مشخصات دموگرافیک&raquo; جمع‌آوری و با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخۀ ۱۶ با آزمون‌های توصیفی و آنالیز ضریب همبستگی پیرسون تحلیل شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>میانگین و انحراف‌معیار نمرۀ کل نیازها ۶/۱۰&plusmn;۹/۳۸ بود و حداکثر نمرۀ مربوط به اعتماد متقابل (۲/۸&plusmn;۹/۰) و حداقل آن مربوط به حمایت، راهنمایی و مشاوره (۲/۱ &plusmn;۵/۱) بود. حمایت کلی دریافت‌شدۀ مادران از پرستاران ۱۶/۲&plusmn;۶۸/۳بود و بیشترین حمایت مربوط به اعتمادبه‌نفس (۳/۵ &plusmn;۱۴/۴) و کمترین حمایت در حوزۀ عاطفی (۲/۸ &plusmn;۸/۲) بود. بین حمایت پرستار از والدین و نمرۀ کل نیازهای مادران ارتباط معنی‌دار مثبت وجود داشت (&nbsp;</span><span style="font-family: iransans; text-align: justify;">P</span><span style="font-family:iransans;">&nbsp;<</span><span style="font-family: iransans; text-align: justify;">۰/۰۰۱>&nbsp;</span><span style="font-family:iransans;">، ۰/۴۸۳=r_s)<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> با توجه به کم‌بودن میانگین و انحراف‌معیار برخی حیطه‌های حمایت پرستاران از والدین و برآورده‌شدن نیازهای والدین، برنامه‌ریزی برای مراقبت خانواده‌محور پرستاران و حمایت آنها از والدین برای برآورده کردن نیازها و به دنبال آن، بهبود کیفیت مراقبت از کودک ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.</span><br> &nbsp;</div> <span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> hospitalization of a child is one of the main causes of parent&rsquo;s anxiety. Regarding the importance of providing family-based care, it is necessary for nurses to support and understand parents&rsquo; needs to provide them. This study aimed to determine the role of nursing support in providing the needs of hospitalized children mothers.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> This was a descriptive cross-sectional study. 250 mothers of children hospitalized in pediatric ward of Hamadan Besat Hospital, were selected by available method in 2017. Data was collected using &ldquo;nursing support from parents&rdquo;, &ldquo;needs of children parents&rdquo; and demographic characteristics questionnaire. Data was analyzed by SPSS16 using descriptive and Pearson correlation analysis.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>The mean and standard deviation of the score of all needs was 38.9 &plusmn; 10.6. The maximum score was related to mutual trust (9.0 &plusmn; 2.8) and the minimum was related to support guidance and counseling (5.1 &plusmn; 2.1). The overall support received by mothers from nurses was 68.3 &plusmn; 16.2. Most of support was related to self-confidence (14.4 &plusmn; 3.5) and the least was emotional support (8.2 &plusmn; 2.8).
