fa طراحی و روان‌سنجی پرسشنامه ارزیابی شایستگی مدیریت زمان پرستاران بالینی پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي اصیل Original Research <p style="font-style: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:iransans;"><span style="color:#000080;"><strong>مقدمه: </strong></span>باتوجه به محدودیت زمان در سیستم پرستاری، ارزیابی شایستگی مدیریت زمان پرستاران بالینی ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. مدیریت زمان ماهیت فرهنگی و اجتماعی دارد. ابزارهای موجود توجهی به ویژگی‌های اجتماعی مدیریت زمان نکرده‌اند. هدف مطالعه حاضر طراحی یک پرسشنامه برای ارزیابی شایستگی مدیریت زمان مبتنی بر مؤلفه‌های اجتماعی در پرستاران بالینی بود.<br> <span style="color:#000080;"><strong>روش‌کار:</strong></span> این پژوهش به روش ترکیبی با رویکرد متوالی اکتشافی انجام گرفت. ابتدا با یک مطالعه از نوع کیفی و به روش گراندد تئوری، مفهوم شایستگی مدیریت زمان مبتنی بر مؤلفه‌های اجتماعی در پرستاران بالینی تبیین شد. براساس نقل‌قول‌ها، گویه‌های پرسشنامه اولیه تدوین شد تعیین روایی با اندازه گیری روایی صوری و محتوی به دو روش کمی و کیفی و تعیین روایی سازه با روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی انجام شد. تعیین پایایی با اندازه گیری همسانی درونی به روش تعیین ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و تعیین ثبات با روش آزمون - بازآزمون (ضریب هم بستگی درون خوشه ای) انجام شد.<br> <span style="color:#000080;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> </span>از ۴۱ گویه اولیه، ۳۶ گویه پس از محاسبه شاخص تأثیر آیتم با مقادیر بالاتر از ۱/۵، نسبت روایی بالاتر از ۰/۵۳، محتوای شاخص روایی محتوای بالاتر از ۰/۷۹ و تحلیل گویه، وارد تحلیل عامل اکتشافی شدند. در گام تعیین روایی سازه، ۲۹ گویه با استفاده از روش نمودار سنگ‌ریزه در ۶ عامل گروه‌بندی شدند. هم‌سانی درونی پرسشنامه ۰/۸۵۸ و ثبات پرسشنامه ۰/۹۰۶ بود. این ۶ عامل در مجموع ۷۱۴/۴۶ درصد از واریانس کل آزمون را تبیین نمود.<br> <span style="color:#000080;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong></span> پرسشنامه با توجه به ویژگی هایی که دارد، می تواند به‌منظور ارزیابی شایستگی مدیریت زمان مبتنی بر مؤلفه‌های اجتماعی پرستاران بالینی، مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><span style="color:#000080;"><strong>Introduction:</strong></span> Due to the time constraints in the nursing system, it seems necessary to assess the time management competency of clinical nurses. Time management has sociocultural nature. Existing time management tools have not considered social aspects of time management. The purpose of this study was to design a questionnaire for assessing the social component of time management competency in clinical nurses population.<br> <span style="color:#000080;"><strong>Methods:</strong></span> This research was carried out with a explanatory sequential mixed methods design. First, qualitative study and using the grounded theory method, the concept of social components of time management competency of clinical nurses was explained. Based on quotations, the items of the initial questionnaire was generated and then the face and content validity was determined by using the quantitative and qualitative methods. The construct validity was determined with the exploratory factor analysis. The reliability was approved with the measurement of internal consistency using Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient and the stability assessed using a test-retest (Interclass correlation coefficient) method..<br> <span style="color:#000080;"><strong>Results:</strong></span> Of the first 41 items, 36 items entered into the exploratory factor analysis after calculating the impact score of items with values higher than 1.5, content validity ratio higher than 0.53, content validity index higher than 0.79, and item analysis. In construct validity step, 29 items was grouped into 6 factors. The internal consistency of the questionnaire was 0.858 and the stability (ICC) of the questionnaire was 0.906.
