fa تاثیر آموزش مجازی پرستاران بر دانش و عملکرد رعایت اصول حفاظتی در برابر اشعه ایکس پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي اصیل Original Research <span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> ارتقا سطح دانش در خصوص محافظت در برابر اشعه ایکس می تواند نقش مهمی در کاهش عوارض ناشی از پرتو گیری داشته باشد. مطالعه حاضر باهدف بررسی تاثیر آموزش مجازی پرستاران بر رعایت اصول حفاظتی در برابر اشعه ایکس انجام شد.<br> <strong>مواد و روش ها:</strong> مطالعه بصورت&nbsp; کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی سازی شده&nbsp; روی ۹۰ نفر از پرستاران انجام شد. مداخله آموزشی از طریق شبکه اجتماعی مجازی شد. پرسشنامه قبل و بعد از مداخله در دو گروه تکمیل و داده ها با آمار تی زوجی و مستقل و با توسط نرم افزار &nbsp;<span dir="LTR">SPSS.V.۲۴</span> آنالیز گردید.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره دانش حفاظتی در برابر اشعه ایکس در گروه مداخله قبل و بعد از مداخله به ترتیب ۳/۲۶&plusmn;<span dir="LTR">۳۰/۲</span>، ۶۴/۳&plusmn;۸۴/۱۵(از مجموع ۳۴نمره) و در گروه کنترل قبل و بعد از مداخله به ترتیب&nbsp;<span dir="LTR">&plusmn;۴/۲۷</span>۱۴/۴۸، ۴۵/۴<span dir="LTR">&plusmn;</span>۰۸/۱۴&nbsp; بود. میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره عملکرد پرستاران قبل و بعد از مداخله در گروه مداخله به ترتیب ۰۳/۱&plusmn; ۸/۲ ،&nbsp; ۹۶/۰&plusmn;۶۲/۵ و در گروه کنترل قبل و بعد از مداخله به ترتیب ۰۷/۱&plusmn; ۸۲/۳ ، ۰۳/۱&plusmn; ۹۳/۳ گزارش شد. نتایج حاصل از آزمون های آماری تی زوجی و مستقل نشان داد میانگین نمره عملکرد و دانش حفاظتی پرستاران در مورد کاربرد اصول حفاظت برابر اشعه ایکس قبل و بعد از مداخله در گروه مداخله به طوری معنی&shy;داری باهم تفاوت داشتند (۰۰۰/۰<span dir="LTR">P=</span>).<br> <strong>نتیجه &shy;گیری:</strong> آموزش مبتنی بر فضای مجازی موجب افزایش سطح دانش حفاظتی و &nbsp;بهبود عملکرد پرستاران در ارتباط با حفاظت در برابر اشعه ایکس گردید.</span> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Increasing the level of knowledge about X-ray protection can play an important role in reducing the effects of radiation. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of virtual education of nurses on adherence to X-ray protective principles.<br> &nbsp;<strong>Methods:</strong> This study was a randomized clinical trial on 90 nurses. Educational intervention was virtualized through social network. Questionnaires were completed before and after the intervention in both groups and the data were analyzed by paired and independent t-test using SPSS 24.<strong><span dir="RTL"></span></strong><br> &nbsp;<strong>Results:</strong> The mean and standard deviation of the level of protection against x-rays in the intervention group before and after the intervention were <a>15.84&plusmn;3.64, 30.2&plusmn;26.3</a>&nbsp;and in the control group before and after the intervention was <a>14.08&plusmn;4.45, 48.14&plusmn;4.27</a>, respectively. Mean and standard deviation of nurses&#39; performance score before and after intervention in the intervention group were 2.8&plusmn;1.03, 5.62&plusmn;0.96 and <a>3.82&plusmn;1.07, 3.93&plusmn;1.03 </a>&nbsp;in the control group before and after the intervention, respectively.
