fa بررسی شیوع مشکلات رفتاری کودکان 3 تا 6 ساله مهدهای کودک و کلاس های آمادگی تحت نظارت سازمان بهزیستی شهر همدان پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي اصیل Original Research <div dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><b><span style="font-size: 11pt">چکیده:</span></b></div> <div dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><b><span style="font-size: 9pt">مقدمه و هدف:</span></b><font size="2"> کودکان به عنوان یکی از گروههای سنی آسیب پذیر در معرض انواع اختلالات روانشناختی قرار دارند . عوامل آسیب پذیری در این سنین به فرآیند فعال رشد و مقتضیات خاص مراحل آن از یکطرف و کنترل شرایط محیطی و موقعیتی کودک توسط بزرگسالان از طرف دیگر نسبت داده می شود .</font></div> <div dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><b><span style="font-size: 9pt">روش کار:</span></b><font size="2"> این پژوهش که یک مطالعه توصیفی – مقطعی می باشد با هدف بررسی شیوع مشکلات رفتاری کودکان 3 تا 6 ساله مهدهای کودک و کلاس های آمادگی تحت نظارت سازمان بهزیستی شهر همدان انجام گرفته است . حجم نمونه 400 نفر می باشد که از روش نمونـــه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای استفاده شده است . ابزارگردآوری داده ها فرم مصاحبه ای شامل دو بخش می باشد که بخش اول شامل 7 سوال در رابطه با مشخصات دموگرافیک است و بخش دوم شامل چک لیست مشکلات رفتاری کودکان پیش دبستانی ویژه والدین مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است و شامل 24 سوال که مشکلاتی چون نقص توجه ، ترس ، اشکال در رفتار اجتماعی و پرخاشگری را می سنجد . محیط پژوهش مهدهای کودک و کلاسهای آمادگی تحت نظارت سازمان بهزیستی شهر همدان میباشد و از روش آمار توصیفی و استنباطی جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها استفاده شده است .</font></div> <div dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><b><span style="font-size: 9pt">نتایج:</span></b><font size="2"> نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که شیوع نقص توجه 15 درصد ، ترس 5/17 درصد ، پرخاشگری 5/15 درصد و اشکال در رفتار اجتماعی 75/6 درصد بوده است و مقایسه میانگین نمرات در سنین مختلف و در پسران و دختران تفاوت معنی داری را نشان می دهد .</font></div> <div dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><b><span style="font-size: 9pt">نتیجه نهایی:</span></b><font size="2"> با توجه با شیوع بالای مشکلات رفتاری و تاثیرات منفی بر رفتار اجتماعی و تحصیلی کودکان و نوجوانان ، لذا مداخلات اولیه جهت پیشگیری که بر درمان آن ارجح می باشد، توصیه می شود.</font></div> <div style="direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed text-align: justify"><b><font size="2">Introduction & Objective:</font></b><span style="font-size: 12pt">Children are susceptible for mental disorders that depended on developmental process and control of environmental condition by parents.
