fa بررسی رضایتمندی فارغ التخصیلان کارشناسی پرستاری دانشکده پرستاری بروجن نسبت به رشته تحصیلی خود پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي اصیل Original Research <div dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><b><span style="font-size: 9pt">مقدمه و هدف:</span></b><font size="2"> دانش آموختگان پرستاری نیز یکی از گروههای کادر درمانی هستند که در خدمت به تامین سلامت جامعه دارای اهمیت بوده و رضایتمندی دانش آموختگان آن در دستیابی به اهداف استراتژیک این رشته دارای اهمیت است ، بنابراین هدف این پژوهش بررسی میزان رضایتمندی دانش آموختگان کارشناسی پرستاری دانشکده پرستاری بروجن ، از رشته تحصیلی خود طی سالهای 1384-1374 بوده است.</font></div> <div dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><b><span style="font-size: 9pt">روش کار:</span></b><font size="2"> در این مطالعه مقطعی و توصیفی ـ تحلیلی ، نمونه گیری به روش سرشماری انجام شد و تمامی 166نفر فارغ التحصیلان ده دوره کارشناسی پرستاری دانشکده پرستاری بروجن ( مشتمل بر 108 نفر زن و 58 نفر مرد ) بررسی شدند . ابزار گرد آوری داده ها پرسشنامه خود ساخته و</font><font size="2">تایید شده ای بود که حاوی مشخصات دموگرافیک و سایر سوالات مبتنی بر اهداف تحقیق بوده است . داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار </font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">SPSS</span><font size="2"> نسخه 5/11 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.</font></div> <div dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><b><span style="font-size: 9pt">نتایج:</span></b><font size="2"> این بررسی نشان داد، 28/ 69 درصد از افراد مورد مطالعه با وجوداعلام سختی رشته و شغل پرستاری ، از این حرفه را ضی و72/30 درصد ناراضی بوده ا ند و دراین مورد بین نظر خانمها و آقایان اختلاف آماری معنی داری مشاهده نشد (949/0= </font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">P</span><font size="2"> )</font><font size="2">. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که ، 87/66 درصد از افراد باوجود اعلام متوسط بودن حقوق دریافتی، از درآمد شغل پرستاری راضی و 13/33 درصد ناراضی بوده اند و در این مورد نیز اختلاف آماری معنی داری بین نظر آقایان و خانمها مشاهده نگردید (266/0=</font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">P</span><font size="2">) . دربررسی اعلام نظر افراد نسبت به سختی شغل پرستاری ، مشخص شد که خانمها نسبت به آقایان شغل پرستاری را سخت تر اعلام کرده اند(001/0 </font><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt">P<</span><font size="2">).</font></div> <div dir="rtl" style="text-justify: kashida text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><b><span style="font-size: 9pt">نتیجه نهایی:</span></b><font size="2"> اکثریت افراد مورد مطالعه با وجود درآمد متوسط ومشکلات کاری و حرفه ای ، از این شغل و حرفه پرستاری راضی بوده اند، که این موضوع میتواند نشان دهنده علاقمندی آنها به کار تیمی و خدمت به سلامت جامعه باشد. </font></div> <div style="direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed"><b><font size="2">Introduction & Objective:</font></b><span style="font-size: 12pt">The nursing graduates like the other groups of medical and health graduates , are under society healh servicing , so the satisfaction of nursing students and graduates is important . Therefore, the aime of this research was study of the satisfaction of Borujen nursing faculty graduates about nursing course , nursing job, its income and also study of their viowpoint about nursing job difficulties</span><span style="font-size: 12pt">.</span></div> <div style="text-justify: kashida direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed text-align: justify text-kashida: 0%"><b><font size="2">Materials & Methods:</font></b><span style="font-size: 12pt">This study was a descriptive cross-sectional study. Sampling was done by census method and all of the 166(108 women and 58 men) nursing graduates of this faculty, based on the research purposes, were surveyed. The data were gathered by a self-administrated and confirmed questionnaire consisting of the questions about demographic characteristics of the graduates and the other research aims ,and then were analyzed.</span></div> <div style="direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed"><b><font size="2">Results:</font></b><span style="font-size: 12pt">In this study, 69.28% of all the graduates in spite of declaration the nursing difficulties were satisfied of this course and job and 30.72 % were unsatisfied (P=0.949). Also , about the nursing job income, 66.87% of respondents were satisfied , and 33.13% were unsatisfied(P=0.949). Statistical analysis did not show significant difference between viewpoints of the male and female graduates about two above items.
