fa بررسی سبک زندگی پیشگیری کننده از پوکی استخوان در دانش آموزان دختر زنجانی Study of preventive lifestyle of osteoprosis among zanjanian girls' students پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي اصیل Original Research مقدمه: سبک زندگی در سنین نوجوانی نقش اصلی در پیشگیری از پوکی استخوان در سنین سالمندی دارد. بنابراین مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی سبک زندگی پیشگیری کننده از پوکی استخوان در دانش آموزان دختر زنجانی انجام شد. روش کار: در یک مطالعه توصیفی– تحلیلی سبک زندگی864 نفر ازدانش آموزان مقاطع راهنمایی ودبیرستان شهر زنجان به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی چندمرحله ای بررسی شد. ابزار گرد آوری داده ها شامل 2 بخش بود: بخش اول مربوط به مشخصات دموگرافیک و بخش دوم مربوط به ابعاد مختلف سبک زندگی شامل شاخصهای تن سنجی ، تغذیه, فعالیت بدنی و ورزش، عادات بود. آنالیز داده ها با استفاده از روشهای آماری t-test, chi-square و جداول فراوانی با سطح اطمینان95 درصد صورت گرفت. یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان داد بیش از 80 درصد دانش آموزان دارای نمایه توده بدنی مطلوب بودند، 46 درصد انان فعالیت فیزیکی مناسب داشتند، و حدود 32 درصد از نظر برخورداری از نور خورشید از سبک زندگی مطلوب برخوردار بودند. بیش از یک سوم آنها در معرض دود سیگار محیطی بودند و کمتر از 4 درصد از نظر تغذیه سبک زندگی مطلوب داشتند. نتیجه نهایی: با توجه به این که سبک زندگی در زمینه ی تغذیه و برخی عادات در اکثر دانش آموزان نامناسب بود، آموزش در جهت اصلاح سبک زندگی در سطح مدارس وجامعه و برنامه ریزی درخصوص بهبود تغذیه نوجوانان و ترویج فعالیتهای فیزیکی آنان ضروری به نظر می رسد. Background: Lifestyle in adolescence has the most important role in the prevention from osteoporosis in adulthood. Therefore this study was done to investigate the lifestyle preventive from osteoprosis among Zanjanian girl students. Methods: In this descriptive – analytical study, 864 students were selected from guidance schools and high schools of Zanjan city based on Multi-stage random sampling. Data collection device was a questionnaire with two parts the first part was related to demographic information and the second part was about different aspects of lifestyle including anthropometric index, nutrition, physical activity, exercise, and habits. Data was analyzed using statistical methods, t-test, chi-square and frequency table with a confidence level of 95%. Results: Findings of the study showed that more than 80 percent of students had a desirable body mass index, 46 percent of them had a good physical activity, and approximately 32 percent of them had enough sun exposure. More than a third of them were exposed to second hand smoke, and less than 4 percent had nutritionally desirable lifestyle.
