fa تجارب پرستاران از مراقبت تسکینی در بخش مراقبت ویژه نوزادان: یک مطالعه کیفی مامایی Midwifery پژوهشي اصیل Original Research <p style="font-style: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="color:#ffffff;"><span style="background-color:#4e5f70;">مقدمه:</span></span><span style="color:black;"> </span><span style="color:#000000;">توجه به مراقبت تسکینی از نوزاد و خانواده ضروری است. جهت اجرای مراقبت تسکینی لازم است، تجارب پرستاران در نظر گرفته شود. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین تجارب پرستاران از مراقبت تسکینی در بخش مراقبت ویژۀ نوزادان انجام شد.</span><br> <span style="color:#ffffff;"><span style="background-color:#4e5f70;">روش کار:</span></span><span style="color:black;"> </span><span style="color:#000000;">این مطالعه به روش کیفی و با رویکرد تحلیل محتوا در بخش‌های مراقبت ویژۀ نوزادان اصفهان در سال ۱۳۹۹ انجام شد<strong>. </strong>معیارهای ورود به مطالعه، داشتن رضایت جهت شرکت در مطالعه و داشتن تجربه مراقبت از نوزاد و خانواده در مرحلۀ انتهای زندگی بود. به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند با ۱۲ پرستار مصاحبه‌های عمیق نیمه‌ساختارمند صورت گرفت. مصاحبه‌ها ضبط، تایپ و مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. جهت اطمینان از صحت و پایایی داده‌ها از معیارهای گوبا و لینکن استفاده شد.</span><br> <span style="color:#ffffff;"><span style="background-color:#4e5f70;">یافته‌ها:</span></span><span style="color:black;"> </span><span style="color:#000000;">اولین درون‌مایۀ حاصل از پژوهش فوق مراقبت تسکینی از نوزاد بود. این درون مایه از دو طبقۀ &quot;مراقبت همراه با شفقت انتهای عمر&quot; و &quot;مراقبت معنوی انتهای عمر&quot; تشکیل شده است. دومین درون‌مایۀ حاصل از پژوهش فوق مراقبت تسکینی از خانواده بود. این درون مایه از طبقات &quot;مراقبت تسکینی از خانواده قبل از مرگ نوزاد&quot; و &quot;مراقبت تسکینی از خانواده پس از مرگ نوزاد&quot; تشکیل شده است.</span><br> <span style="color:#ffffff;"><span style="background-color:#4e5f70;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span><span style="color:black;"> </span><span style="color:#000000;">نتایج پژوهش فوق مطابق با تعریف سازمان بهداشت جهانی از مراقبت تسکینی در کودکان است که به مراقبت کامل فعال از جسم کودک، ذهن، روح، و حمایت از خانواده اشاره دارد. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش فوق جهت مسئولین و پرستاران <span dir="LTR">NICU</span> در جهت ارتقای مراقبت از نوزاد و خانواده در مرحلۀ انتهای زندگی و مرگ کاربرد دارد.</span></span></span></p> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <p><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="color:#ffffff;"><strong><span style="background-color:#4e5f70;">Background and Objective:</span></strong></span>&nbsp;Palliative care for newborns and their families is urgent. Nurses&#39; experiences need to be considered in order to implement palliative care. Therefore, the present study was conducted to explain the Nurses&#39; Experiences of Palliative Care in the NICU.<br> <span style="color:#ffffff;"><strong><span style="background-color:#4e5f70;">Material&nbsp;and Methods:</span></strong></span>&nbsp;This study was conducted by qualitative content analysis in the neonatal intensive care units of Isfahan, Iran, in 2020. Inclusion criteria for nurses were the consent to participate in the study and experience of caring for the newborn and their family at the end of life. For data collection by the purposeful sampling method, in-depth semi-structured interviews were conducted with 12 nurses. Interviews were recorded, typed, and analyzed. Goba and Lincoln criteria were used to ensure the rigor of the data.</span></span><span dir="RTL"></span><br> <span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong><span style="color:#ffffff;"><span style="background-color:#4e5f70;">Results:</span></span></strong> The first theme was palliative care for the newborn. This theme consists of two categories: &quot;compassionate end-of-life care&quot; and &quot; spiritual end-of-life care&quot;. The second theme was palliative care of the family. This theme consists of two categories: &quot;Palliative care of the family before the death of the newborn&quot; and &quot;Palliative care of the family after the death of the newborn &quot;.</span></span><br> <span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong><span style="color:#ffffff;"><span style="background-color:#4e5f70;">Conclusion:</span></span></strong> The results of this research are in line with the WHO definition of palliative care in pediatric, which refers to the active total care of the child&#39;s body, mind and spirit, and family support.
