مقدمه: استیگما (انگ) سازه‌ای مهم در زمینه‌های سلامت روان محسوب می‌شود و یکی از مهم‌ترین پیامدهای اختلال ناباروری است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابی پایایی و روایی نسخۀ فارسی مقیاس انگ ناباروری در زنان نابارور بود.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر روان‌سنجی از نوع روش‌شناسی بود. ۱۶۶ زن نابارور مراجعه کننده به مرکز درمان ناباروری جهاد دانشگاهی خوزستان به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری مبتنی بر هدف و با استفاده از مصاحبۀ انتخاب شدند. شرکت کنندگان در مطالعه پرسشنامه های مقیاس‌های انگ ناباروری، عزت‌نفس روزنبرگ، باورهای خودکارآمدی عمومی و خودانتقادی را تکمیل کردند. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی به روش تحلیل مؤلفه‌های اصلی و نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخۀ ۲۱ انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: در تحلیل عامل اکتشافی با چرخش واریماکس نسخۀ فارسی مقیاس انگ ناباروری ۴ عامل استخراج شد: بی‌ارزشی شخصی، کناره‌گیری اجتماعی، انگ عمومی و انگ خانوادگی. همچنین ضرایب پایایی آلفای کرونباخ کل مقیاس و ۴ عامل استخراج‌شده رضایت‌بخش بودند. ضریب بازـ‌آزمایی (به فاصلۀ ۲ هفته) ۰/۵۸ (۰/۰۰۱> P) و بین این مقیاس با مقیاس‌های عزت نفس روزنبرگ و باورهای خودکارآمدی عمومی به‌عنوان ضریب روایی واگرا و با مقیاس خودانتقادی به‌عنوان ضریب روایی همگرا، همبستگی معنی‌داری وجود دارد (۰/۰۰۱> P).
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به روایی و پایایی مناسب این مقیاس می‌توان از آن برای فعالیت‌های پژوهشی این نوع خاص از جامعه در مراکز تحقیقاتی ناباروری استفاده کرد.
