زمینه و هدف: خواب و استراحت در زندگی انسان بسیار مهم است. اختلال در خواب نه تنها سبب بروز مشکلات بهداشتی پرستاران می گردد بلکه منجر به کاهش عملکرد و افزایش بروز خطاهای دارویی شده که خود میتواند ایمنی بیمار را به خطر اندازد. لذا هدف از مطالعه حاضر تعیین عوامل موثر بر مولفه های مختلف خواب پرستاران می باشد.
روش بررسی: در این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی 139 پرستار دارای معیار ورود به مطالعه از بخش های مختلف بیمارستان های وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شاهرود در مطالعه شرکت داده شدند. گردآوری داده­ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه های مشخصات جمعیت شناختی، استرس شغلی تافت گری و اندرسون و کیفیت خواب پیتزبرگ انجام شد. داده ها با نرم افزار SPSS V.18 و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون های آماری همبستگی پیرسون، T-Test و ANOVA تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافته ها: میانگین نمره کل کیفیت خواب پرستاران 02/3 ± 04/7  بود. از میان عوامل حرفه ای، آزمون همبستگی پیرسون ارتباط معنی داری بین میانگین نمره کل کیفیت خواب و استرس شغلی نشان داد (036/, p=176/0 r=). در میان متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی تنها مصرف چای با کیفیت خواب پرستاران رابطه معنی داری داشت(043/0p=). بالاترین میانگین نمره به مولفه طول مدت خواب مفید (11/1± 47/1) و پایین ترین به مولفه میزان داروی خواب آور مصرفی با (834/0± 42/0) اختصاص یافت.
نتیجه گیری: اکثریت پرستاران بویژه شیفت کاری صبح کیفیت خواب نامطلوبی را عنوان نمودند. از این رو تعمهیدات لازم از جمله مدیریت استرس باید لحاظ گردد

✅  به نظر می‌رسد یافتن عوامل مرتبط با کیفیت خواب پرستاران بسیار ضروری است. با توجه به ارتباط استرس شغلی با کیفیت خواب، باید تمهیدات لازم از جمله کارگاه‌های مدیریت استرس از سوی مدیران بیمارستان مدنظر قرار بگیرد تا به هدف نهایی که تأمین کیفیت بالای مراقبت از بیماران است، دست بیابیم.
