مقدمه: دیابت یکی از بیماری‌های شایع و پرهزینه است. پرستاری تلفنی نه ‌تنها در کاهش هزینه‌ها، بلکه در ارائه مراقبت پرستاری و خودکارآمدی بیماران نقش مؤثر و انکارناپذیری ایفا می‌کند. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تأثیر آموزش و پیگیری تلفنی پرستار (تله‌نرسینگ) بر خودکارآمدی در مدیریت بیماران دیابتی نوع ۲ مراجعه‌کنندۀ به مرکز دیابت همدان در سال ۱۳۹۷ انجام ‌شد.
روش کار: در این مطالعۀ کارآزمایی بالینی، ۱۱۶ بیمار به دو گروه مداخله و کنترل تقسیم شدند و ۵۸ بیمار دیابتی نوع ۲ که ویژگیهای شرکت در پژوهش را داشتند، در مرکز دیابت همدان با نمونه‌گیری آسان وارد مطالعه شدند. بیماران به روش تخصیص تصادفی بلوکی به دو گروه تخصیص یافتند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامۀ اطلاعات جمعیت‌شناختی و بیماری و پرسشنامۀ خودکارآمدی در مدیریت بیماران دیابتی نوع ۲ (DMSES) بود. مداخله در گروه آزمون به‌صورت پرستاری تلفنی به‌مدت هشت هفته انجام شد؛ بدین‌صورت که در ماه اول، هر هفته دو مرتبه و در ماه دوم، هر هفته یک‌ مرتبه با افراد گروه آزمون تماس تلفنی برقرار شد. شایان ذکر است بیماران در گروه کنترل، تنها پیگیری و مراقبت‌های روزمرۀ مرکز دیابت همدان را دریافت کردند. در نهایت، اطلاعات جمع‌آوری‌شده با کمک نرم‌افزار IBM SPSS Statistics نسخه ۱۹ تجزیه ‌و تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش بیانگر آن بود که میانگین خودکارآمدی در مدیریت در هر دو گروه قبل از مداخله، اختلاف آماری معنی‌داری را نشان نمی‌دهد (۰/۱۵=P). پس از دادن آموزش به گروه مداخله، میانگین خودکار آمدی در مدیریت در یک و دو ماه بعد به‌طور معنی‌داری در‌مقایسه ‌با گروه کنترل بهبود یافت (۰/۰۰۱<P).
نتیجه نهایی: با توجه ‌به یافته‌های مطالعه، می‌توان نتیجه‌گیری کرد پیگیری تلفنی پرستار در ارتقای خودکارآمدی زنان مبتلا به دیابت مؤثر بود.

✅ با توجه ‌به یافته‌های مطالعه، می‌توان نتیجه‌گیری کرد پیگیری تلفنی پرستار در ارتقای خودکارآمدی زنان مبتلا به دیابت مؤثر بود.
