✅ بنابراین با توجه به یافته‌های این تحقیق و مقایسه آن با ادبیات پژوهشی موجود در این زمینه می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که آموزش تئوری انتخاب به زنان تازه‌متأهل با بهبود رابطه زوجین و افزایش بی‌آلایشی زوجین به آنها کمک می‌کند تا بدون حس کنترل‌شدگی و کنترل‌کنندگی بتوانند خود واقعی‌شان باشند.
