مقدمه: اضافه‌وزن و چاقی مادر باردار مشکلی مهم در مراقبت دوران بارداری محسوب می‌شود. این پژوهش به‌منظور بررسی تأثیر مشاورۀ گروهی مبتنی‌بر مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی بر رفتار تغذیه‌ای زنان باردار دارای اضافه‌وزن مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی کرمانشاه در سال ۱۳۹۷ انجام شد.
روش کار: این کارآزمایی بالینی در سال ۱۳۹۷ روی نود نفر زن باردار شهر کرمانشاه انجام شد. از بین مراکز جامع سلامت به‌صورت تصادفی چهار مرکز برای انجام مداخله و چهار مرکز برای گروه کنترل تعیین شد. سپس، چهار جلسه برنامۀ مشاورۀ گروهی تدارک‌ دیده ‌شده روی گروه‌های مداخله به ‌مدت یک ماه اجرا شد. محتوای مشاوره شامل مشاورۀ تغذیه و آشنایی با هرم غذایی و اصول تغذیه صحیح، افزایش حساسیت به چاقی و عوارض آن، درک شدت معضل چاق، درک موانع و منافع رعایت رژیم صحیح غذایی و افزایش خودکارآمدی و درنهایت رسیدن به رفتار تغذیه‌ای سالم بود. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامۀ‌ محقق‌ ساخته مشتمل بر اطلاعات جمعیت‌شناختی و مامایی، سازه‌های مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی و آگاهی و پرسشنامۀ رفتار تغذیه‌ای بود. همچنین، داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه ۱۶ تجزیه‌وتحلیل و سطح معنی‌داری کمتر از ۰/۰۵ در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته‌‌ها: میانگین سنی شرکت‌کنندگان در گروه آزمون (۶/۱۹) ۲۴/۹۱ سال و در گروه کنترل (۵/۶۰) ۲۷/۵۳ سال بود. بعد از کنترل اثر نمرات پیش‌آزمون در سازه‌های آگاهی، حساسیت درک‌شده، شدت درک‌شده، منافع درک‌شده، موانع درک‌شده، خودکارآمدی و رفتار تغذیه‌ای، نتایج نشان داد که بعد از انجام مداخله، میانگین این نمرات در گروه مداخله به‌طورمعناداری بیشتر از گروه کنترل است (۰/۰۰۱=P).
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های این مطالعه اثربخشی مشاوره براساس مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی را در ارتقای رفتار تغذیه‌ای زنان باردار با شاخص تودۀ بدنی بالا نشان داد. پژوهشگران این مطالعه مداخلات مشاوره‌ای براساس این مدل را توصیه می‌کنند؛ بنابراین، اجرای مداخلۀ مشاوره‌ای براساس سازه‌های مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی می‌تواند نقش مؤثری در اصلاح الگوهای رفتار تغذیه‌ای زنان باردار ایفا کند.

✅ بنابراین، اجرای مداخلۀ مشاوره‌ای براساس سازه‌های مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی می‌تواند نقش مؤثری در اصلاح الگوهای رفتار تغذیه‌ای زنان باردار ایفا کند.
