مقدمه: فعالیت فیزیکی صحیح و کافی در دوران بارداری بر سلامت مادر و روند رشد جنین تأثیر به‌سزایی دارد. متأسفانه هیچ ابزاری برای سنجش میزان خودکارآمدی فعالیت ورزشی در زنان باردار ایرانی در دسترس نیست.
روش کار: پس از ترجمۀ پرسش‌نامه به روش Forward backward روایی صوری کمی و کیفی، روایی محتوای کیفی و کمی بررسی شد. جهت تعیین روایی سازه، از رویکرد تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی استفاده شد. اعتبار هم‌زمان ابزار نیز با استفاده از پرسش‌نامۀ ۱۷ آیتمی خودکارآمدی عمومی شرر سنجیده شد. جهت ارزیابی ثبات درونی از آلفای کرونباخ و برای بررسی قابلیت تکرار از شاخص (ICC) استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: در مرحلۀ روایی صوری به روش کمی و کیفی هیچ کدام از گزینه‌ها تغییر نکرده و یا حذف نشدند. روایی محتوی به روش کیفی انجام و اصلاحات ذکرشده توسط اساتید اعمال شد و در روایی محتوای کمی نیز هیچ کدام از گزینه‌ها حذف نگردید. به‌منظور تعیین روایی سازه، تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی انجام و مقدار آزمون KMO برابر ۰/۷۶۵ به دست آمد. ۳۷/۵ % از واریانس توسط عامل نخست و۱۴% توسط عامل دوم تبیین گردید. میزان ضریب هم‌بستگی ابزار خودکارآمدی ورزشی در زنان باردار با ابزار خودکارآمدی عمومی شرر برابر ۰/۴۴۶ با ۰۱۰/۰P- value < به دست آمد. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای هر دو حیطه برابر با ۷۶/۰ و برای کل مقیاس ۰/۸۱ به دست آمد. همچنین ICC برای حیطه‌ها و کل ابزار ۰/۹۹ محاسبه شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: نسخۀ فارسی پرسش‌نامۀ روان‌سنجی‌شده برای بررسی خودکارآمدی ورزشی در دوران بارداری از روایی و پایایی مناسبی برخوردار است.
