Among these most important variables could be considered leadership styles, organizational commitment and happiness. This study aimed to examine the relationship of leadership styles, organizational commitment and happiness with job satisfaction among nurses.   Methods: This research is descriptive–analysis from type of cross-sectinal. The statistical population all nurses of 15 Khordad and Shahid Mofatteh hospitals in Varamin suburb. Totally 110 nursing were selected through simple random sampling. All of them completed the questionnaires include multiple leadership, organizational commitment, Oxford happiness and job satisfaction. Data was analyzed using Pearson correlation and stepwise regression and with using of SPSS/19.   Result: Transformational leadership (r=0.44 & p M3 ER -
