Paying attention to nurses’ mental health and keeping them healthy is of great importance. This study implemented with the aim to compare happiness, Psychological well- being and job perfectionism among 3 groups of women’s nurses of the cancer, dostetrics and internal wards.   Methods: This was comparative - cross sectional study. population was all nurses who have worked at Isfahan hospitals in 2014. 300 women’s nurses that were selected by convenience sampling. (100 nurses in cancer ward, 100 nurses in dostetrics ward and 100 nurses in internal ward). Data were collected by MUNSH happiness, Ryff’s Psychological Well - Being and Hewitt’s & Flett Job Perfectionism Questionnaires. Data were analyzed by using in SPSS/18 software.   Result: The findings of study showed that in happiness and psychological well being there is not a significant difference among 3 groups (p>0.05). And also in subscales of other- oriented perfectionism there is a significant diffrences between nurses of internal and dostetrics and in the subscales of socially- prescribed perfectionism in cancer and internal ward (p CP - IRAN IN - LG - eng PB - Avicenna-J-Nurs-Midwifery-Care PG - 52 PT - Original Research YR - 2015
