This role is well recognized by organizations, and its improvement has increased staff’s better understanding of their jobs and their satisfaction with their jobs in this context, the present is study aimed to investigate the relationship of spiritual intelligence with mental health and job stress among nurses. Methods: This correlation-descriptive study was conducted among all nurses in Imam Khomeini Hospital in Mahabad (n=270), where 160 nurses were randomly selected to answer the questionnaires. Three questionnaires were used for data collection and the reliability and validity of the tools were tested and confirmed. MANOVA was used to analyze the data in SPSS/22. Results: Results showed that spiritual intelligence had a significant relationship with mental health (P = 0.001), spiritual intelligence had a significant relationship with job stress (P= 0.001), and mental health had a significant relationship with job stress (P = 0.001). Conclusion: In sum, attending to and emphasis on spiritual intelligence and its dimensions can fill the hospital with mental health, and reduce job stress among nurses.
