<p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="margin: 0cm -3pt 0pt 0cm text-align: justify"><font size="2"><strong><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family: "B Traffic"">روش کار:</span></strong><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family: "B Traffic""> </span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family: "B Traffic" mso-ascii-font-family: Arial mso-hansi-font-family: Arial">این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی است که بر روی 137 دانشجوی پرستاری و مامایی<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>انجام گردید. ابزار گرد آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه ای<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span></span><span lang="AR-SA" dir="ltr" style="font-family: Arial mso-bidi-font-family: 'B Traffic'"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: "B Traffic" mso-bidi-language: FA mso-ascii-font-family: Arial mso-hansi-font-family: Arial">شامل</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family: "B Traffic" mso-ascii-font-family: Arial mso-hansi-font-family: Arial">56 سوال و در پنج حیطه شامل ویژگی های<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>(حرفه ای </span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family: Arial">–</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family: "B Traffic" mso-ascii-font-family: Arial mso-hansi-font-family: Arial"> 8 سوال) ، (شخصی-11 سوال) ، (ارتباطی-16 سوال) ، (تدریس-14 سوال) ، (ارزشیابی-7 سوال) با مقیاس لیکرت 0 تا 5<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>بود. نتایج با نرم افزار </span><span dir="ltr" style="font-family: Arial mso-bidi-font-family: 'B Traffic'">spss</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family: "B Traffic" mso-ascii-font-family: Arial mso-hansi-font-family: Arial"> به صورت میانگین و انحراف معیار مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.</span><span dir="ltr" style="font-family: Arial mso-bidi-font-family: 'B Traffic'"><!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></font></p>

<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed text-align: justify"><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt mso-bidi-language: FA">Introduction& Objective :</span><span style="font-size: 12pt mso-bidi-font-family: 'B Roya'"> </span></strong><span style="font-weight: normal font-size: 12pt">Major part of professional nursing education takes place in clinic .Clinical teaching is one of the important subject in nursing education .For quality improvement of clinical education should consider two important factors, university students and clinical<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>instructors. This study aims to assess students view point about characteristics of effective clinical instructors in Shahrekord University of Medical Sciences.<!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: 12pt"><strong>Materials & Methods: </strong></span><span style="font-weight: normal font-size: 12pt">This is a descriptive study was performed to 173 students of nursing and midwifery, the data gathering tool was a questionnaire of 56 questions in the five subscales of (professtional-8 items), (personal-11items),(communicative-16 items),(teaching methods 14-items) and (evaluation-7 items) using<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>0<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>to 5 likert scale.</span><span dir="rtl" style="font-weight: normal font-size: 12pt font-family: "B Nazanin""> </span><span style="font-weight: normal font-size: 12pt">The data were analyzed by spss software.</span><span dir="rtl" style="font-weight: normal font-size: 12pt font-family: "B Nazanin""> </span><span style="font-weight: normal font-size: 12pt"><!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed text-align: justify"><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt">Results:</span><font size="5"> </font></strong><span style="font-weight: normal font-size: 12pt">The results show that most important characteristic of effective clinical instructors were good tempered(4/48±0/84), responsibility for one‘s own action(4/47±0/75)and demonstrates clinical skill and proper professional judmen t(4/43±0/70) , the least important characteristic as (educating clinical ward`s staff whit a mean score of( 3/60±1/12). The students perceptions of effective clinical Characteristics identified evaluation subscale<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>as most important (</span><span dir="rtl" style="font-weight: normal font-size: 12pt font-family: "B Lotus" mso-bidi-language: FA"> </span><span style="font-weight: normal font-size: 12pt mso-bidi-language: FA mso-bidi-font-family: 'B Lotus'">4.27</span><span dir="rtl" style="font-weight: normal font-size: 12pt font-family: "B Lotus" mso-bidi-language: FA"> </span><span style="font-weight: normal font-size: 12pt">±0/87).<!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: 12pt"><strong>Conclusion:</strong></span><span style="font-weight: normal font-size: 12pt"> All of the characteristics of effective clinical instructors identified in this study<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>by students and were<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>rated high .Thus all instructors should try to achieve these characteristics.<!--stripped--><!--stripped-->
