<strong>مقدمه:</strong> پرستاران عمدهترین بخش نیروی انسانی نظام سلامت را تشکیل میدهند. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین رابطه کیفیت زندگی کاری و رضایت شغلی پرستاران در بیمارستانهای آموزشی دانشگاه علومپزشکی همدان انجام شده است.<br>
<strong>روش کار:</strong> مطالعه حاضر توصیفی-تحلیلی است که در آن ۲۶۹ پرستار بیمارستان شهر همدان بهصورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. گردآوری دادهها به کمک دو پرسشنامه رضایت شغلی و کیفیت زندگی کاری صورت گرفت که ضریب پایایی آنها بر اساس شریب آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب ۹۴/۹ و ۸۰ بوده است. دادهها با نرمافزار SPSS نسخه ۲۱، آمار توصیفی و آزمون کایدو و آزمون تی و ANOVA تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.<br>
<strong>یافتهها:</strong> بین کیفیت زندگی کاری با امنیت شغلی و ارزشیابی رابطه معناداری وجود دارد (۰/۰۵><em>P</em>)، اما با دیگر ابعاد مانند مشارکت در تصمیمگیری، نظام باز ارتباطات، سرپرست و حقوق و مزایا رابطه معناداری مشاهده نمیِشود. همچنین بین رضایت شغلی از بعد حقوق و مزایا و ترفیع شغلی رابطه معناداری وجود دارد (۰/۰۵><em>P</em>) و با سایر ابعاد مانند ماهیت کار، سرپرست، روابط با همکار، ترفیع شغلی و حقوق و مزایا رابطه معناداری ندارد. بین کیفیت زندگی کاری و رضایت شغلی نیز رابطه معناداری مشاهده شد (۰/۰۰۱=<em>P</em>).<br>
<strong>نتیجهگیری:</strong> بین رضایت شغلی و کیفیت زندگی کاری پرستاران در جامعه مطالعه حاضر، ارتباط معنادار و مثبتی وجود دارد؛ بنابراین توجه سیاستگذاران، برنامهریزان نظام سلامت و مدیران بیمارستانها به نیازهای کلیدی پرستاران مانند افزایش حقوق و مزایا، امنیت شغلی، ترفیع و ارزشیابی عادلانه میتواند در افزایش رضایت شغلی و کیفیت زندگی کاری پرستاران نقشی بسیار مهمی ایفا کند.
<strong>Introduction:</strong> Nurses are considered as the major part of the human resources of the health system. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between quality of working life and job satisfaction of nurses in teaching hospitals of Hamadan University of Medical Sciences.<br>
<strong>Methods:</strong> The study is descriptive-analytic. A total of 269 nurses from Hamadan hospitals were randomly selected. The collection tools were two job satisfaction questionnaires and quality of working life with a Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 94.9 and 81 respectively. Data were analyzed by SPSS21 using t-test, ANOVA and Chi-square test.<br>
<strong>Results:</strong> Findings showed that there is a significant relationship between quality of working life and job satisfaction (<em>P</em><0.05). The results also showed that there is a meaningful relationship between the job satisfaction from the perspective of salaries and benefits (<em>P</em><0.05), job promotion. But there are no significant relationships with other dimensions such as, the nature of the work, supervisor, and relationships with colleague and job promotion. There was a significant relationship between working life and job satisfaction (<em>P</em>=0.001).<br>
<strong>Conclusion:</strong> The results indicated that there is a significant and stable relationship between job satisfaction and quality of working life of nurses in the studied population. Therefore, the attention of policymakers, health system planners and hospital managers to the key needs of nurses, such as increasing salaries and benefits, job security, job promotion and fair evaluation can play an important role in increasing job satisfaction and improving the quality of working life of nurses.
