fa بررسی ارتباط مراقبت اخلاقی پرستاران با رضایت والدین کودکان بستری در بیمارستان کودکان اردبیل،1402: یک مطالعه مقطعی چالش های اخلاق در مراقبت Challenges of ethics in care پژوهشي اصیل Original Research <div class="rounded" style="background: rgb(238, 238, 238); border: 1px solid rgb(204, 204, 204); padding: 5px 10px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#27ae60;"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong></span> مراقبت، به مثابه یک فضیلت اخلاقی، جوهره و عنصر کلیدی مراقبت‌های پرستاری را تشکیل می‌دهد. از طرفی یکی از مهم‌ترین عوامل موثر در مراقبت از کودکان بستری، رضایت والدین است؛ بنابراین، مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط مراقبت اخلاقی پرستاران با رضایت والدین کودکان بستری در بیمارستان کودکان اردبیل سال 1402 انجام شده است</span>.<span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#27ae60;"><strong>مواد و روش‌‌ها:</strong></span> در این مطالعه توصیفی - همبستگی، 200 پرستار بالینی و 160 والد کودک بستری به ترتیب به روش نمونه‌گیری سرشماری و تصادفی طبقه‌ای در مرکز آموزشی - درمانی بوعلی، شهر اردبیل سال 1402 انتخاب شده‌اند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، شامل پرسش‌نامه مشخصات فردی - اجتماعی پرستاران و والدین، مراقبت اخلاقی از کودکان (1402) و رضایتمندی و عوامل موثر بر آن (2022) بوده است. داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار 26</span>-SPSS <span lang="AR-SA">و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی (فراوانی مطلق و نسبی، میانگین و انحراف معیار) و استنباطی (تی تست، آنالیز واریانس و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون) تجزیه و تحلیل شده‌اند. نرمالیتی داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون کولموگراف اسمیرونوف بررسی و چک شد</span>.<span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#27ae60;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong></span>یافته‌ها نشان داده است که 95 درصد پرستاران بالینی زن و 43 درصد وضعیت اشتغال رسمی بوده‌اند. از طرفی 54.4 درصد کودکان بستری پسر و 34.4 درصد با بیماری تنفسی بستری بوده‌اند. میانگین نمره مراقبت اخلاقی (4.25 &plusmn;152.77) و رضایت والدین (11.94&plusmn; 300.81) بوده است. بیشترین مراقبت اخلاقی از کودکان، حیطه &laquo;عامل نیازهای عاطفی (2.21&plusmn;47.63) و بیشترین رضایت والدین بعد مراقبت و درمان (5.05 &plusmn; 131)&raquo; بوده است. نتایج نشان داده که بین مراقبت اخلاقی از کودکان و رضایت والدین ارتباط مستقیم و معنادار وجود دارد (</span>P<<span lang="AR-SA">0.001،</span>r=<span lang="AR-SA">0.47</span>). <span lang="AR-SA">نتایج آزمون رگرسیون گام به گام نشان داده است که از بین ابعاد مراقبت اخلاقی از کودکان &laquo;عامل نیازهای عاطفی&raquo; به عنوان قوی‌ترین پیش‌بینی‌کننده رضایت والدین بوده است</span>.<span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#27ae60;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong></span> اجرای مراقبت‌های پرستاری بر مبنای مراقبت اخلاقی یکی از مهم‌ترین عوامل موثر در رضایت والدین کودکان بستری و کیفیت مراقبت از کودکان است. ارائه مراقبت‌های پرستاری توسط پرستارانی با اخلاق و پایبند به اصول مراقبت پرستاری می‌تواند کیفیت مراقبت پرستاری در نتیجه رضایت والدین از مراقبت‌های پرستاری کودکان را افزایش دهد. از طرفی درگیر کردن مدیران و مسئولان بیمارستانی برای اجرای بهتر این رویکرد مراقبتی حیاتی به نظر می‌رسد</span>.</span></span></span></span></span></div> <div class="rounded" style="background: rgb(238, 238, 238); border: 1px solid rgb(204, 204, 204); padding: 5px 10px; text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span style="color:#0a8510"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">Background and Objective:</span></span></b> Caring is a moral virtue that lies at the core of nursing care and is a key element in this practice. On the other hand, parental satisfaction is one of the most important factors influencing the care of hospitalized children. Therefore, the present study was conducted to determine the relationship between the ethical care of nurses and the satisfaction of parents of children hospitalized in Ardabil Children&#39;s Hospital in 2024.</span></span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span style="color:#0a8510"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">Materials and Methods: </span></span></b>&nbsp;In this descriptive-correlational study conducted in 2024 at BouAli Medical Education Center in Ardabil, Iran, 200 clinical nurses and 160 parents of hospitalized children were selected using a census and stratified random sampling method. The data collection tool included a Questionnaire on the Personal-Social Characteristics of Nurses and Parents, Pediatric Ethical Care (2023), and Parental Satisfaction and its Associated Factors (2022). Data were analyzed in SPSS software (version 26) using descriptive (absolute and relative frequency, Mean and SD) and analytical (t-test, analysis of variance, and Pearson Correlation Coefficient) statistics. The Normality of the data was checked using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test.</span></span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span style="color:#0a8510"><span style="letter-spacing:-.05pt">Results:</span></span></b><b> </b>The findings showed that 95% of clinical nurses were female and 43% were formal employment status. Additionally, 54.4% of the hospitalized children were boys, and 34.4% were hospitalized with respiratory diseases. The average score of ethical care and parental satisfaction were measured at 152.77 &plusmn; 4.25 and 300.81 &plusmn; 11.94, respectively. The highest score in ethical care for children was found in the domain of &quot;emotional needs (47.63 &plusmn; 2.21) , while the highest score in parental satisfaction was attributed to &quot;care and treatment Subcomponent with ( 131 &plusmn; 5.05). The results showed a direct and significant relationship between ethical care of children and parental satisfaction (r=0.47, P<0.001). The Stepwise regression test showed that among children&#39;s ethical care subcomponents, the &quot;Emotional Needs Factor&quot; was the strongest predictor of parental satisfaction.</span></span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span style="color:#0a8510"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">Conclusion: </span></span></b>Implementing nursing care based on ethics is one of the most important factors in the satisfaction of parents of hospitalized children and the quality of child care. Providing nursing care by nurses who adhere to the principles of nursing care can improve the quality of nursing care.
