This study aimed to assess the effect of inquiry-based clinical instruction on applying nursing process skillstudents. Methods: A quasi-experimental study was conducted using before after design by Participation 38 nursing students. The students were divided in two experimental (N=19) and control groups (N=19) randomly. After taking pre-test about applying nursing process skill by 5 checklists, control group received regular education and experimental group educated by using inquiry-based clinical instructionfor 10 days. Then the post-test was performed. The data was analyzed by using independent sample T-test and paired samples T tests. Results: Both methods of clinical education were effective in the promotion of  Nursing process skill of students (P<0.001). Comparing results in the control and experiment groups in applying nursing process skill showed differentes in assessment (P=0.004), nursing diagnosis (P<0.001), planning (P<0.001), implementation (P<0.001), evaluation (P<0.001) and whole nursing process (P<0.001). Conclusion: Inquiry-based method in clinical instruction was more effective on applying nursing process skill of nursing students rather than the routine method of clinical education. This study was designed to determine the impact of discharge planning on the quality of life of these children. Methods: In this quasi-experimental study,60 children with congenital heart disease who had referred to Rajaee Heart Hospital in Tehran, were selected by non-randomized sampling method and divided into case group and control groups. Data gathering tools were demographic questionnaire and pedsQol questionnaire for children with heart disease. for the case group, according to the nursing process model, discharge plan was designed in the hospital in five sessions in the fields of detecting training needs, providing emotional support and follow-up care. The plan was followed up at home with phone call for 4 weeks. The members of both groups filled the pedsQol questionnaire before the intervention and one and three months after the intervention. Results: While before the intervention the mean scores of the quality of life of children in the both groups were the same, it was seen a significant difference in their score after the intervention (P<0.05). So it is really important for them to be healthy in this stage. The purpose of this study was to determine the socio-economical factors related to age at menopause in Hamadan city. Methods: This cross-sectional study was carried out on 400 menopausal women among 40-65 years old who were selected randomly from 5 health centers in Hamedan city during 2012. Data was collected by interview with women and it was analyzed by SPSS/16 using variance and multiple regression. Results: In this study mean and median age at menopause were 49.60±4.02 and 50 years respectively. Findings of the study showed a significant statistical relationship between age at menopause and physical activity, family's income level, family members' smoking and educational levels of menopausal women and their husbands (P<0.05). There wasn’t seen any meaningful relationship between women's smoking and job and their age at menopause (P>0.05).. Several factors affect sexual function. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between depression and sexual function index among married women. Methods: This is a descriptive- analytical study that was conducted on 200 womenreferred to the health clinic of Hazrat Ali hospital in Karaj on 2009. Samples were selected based on simple randomized method. Data was collected by interview. The used instruments included demographic data form, depression scale of the Center for Epidemiologic Studies (CES-D) and Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI). Data was analyzed by SPSS software, using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and logistic regression. Results: The findings indicated that the mean score of female Sexual Function Index was 20.59±5.10(1.2-36 range) and their mean score of depression was17.61 ±11.63(0-60 range). Among the studied women 31.5% had mild to moderate depression and 98.5% had sexual dysfunction. The most common sexual problems were sexual arousal disorder 36%, sexual dissatisfaction 20% and orgasm disorder 16.5%. There were found significant associations between depression and sexual desire (OR 1.4, 95% CI 1.6-16.07) and depression and orgasm (OR 1.96, 95% CI 0. 02-0.72). The purpose of this study was to find the prevalence of behavioral disorders among students of girl’s guidance schools and its relationship with some factors. Methods: In this cross-sectional study, based on Multi-Stage Cluster Sampling, 400 students were selected from Hamedan city. Data gathering devices were Woodworth questionnaire standardized based on Iranian norms and demographic questionnaire. The gathered data was analyzed by statistical methods like chi-square test. Results: The average age of students was 12.85T 0.94 years. Among the subjects of study 26% didn’t show any behavioral disorder while 43/7% had 1 to 4 cases of behavioral disorders and the rest showed more than 4 cases of behavioral disorders. The prevalence of different behavioral disorders was estimated as follows: excitability 49.1%, obsession 36.6%, sarcastism30/5%, paranoia 34.2%, depression 49.5%, aggression 18.6%, unstablity15.3% and antisocial inclinations 2.4%. A meaningful relationship was found between losing one or both parents and the incidence of excitability (p=0.018). Also the prevalence of most of the behavioral disorders among the students whose fathers were unemployed, retired or disabled and those, whose families didn’t own a house, was more than the other students. Conclusion: Based on this study, behavioral disorders were highly prevalent in the studied subjects. The highest score of community health nursing department (%100) was for the standards of courses and curriculum. The highest scores of medical surgical nursing department (97.6% ), pediatric nursing department (95.8%) and management and psychiatric nursing department (98.4%) were for the faculty members’ duties.  In all four departments, the lowest score was associated with the standards of graduates ( 66.53%- 70.6%). Conclusion: Status of the studied departments (community health nursing , medical surgical nursing , pediatric nursing and management & psychiatric nursing) in terms of scores gathered on internal assessment was good.
