شیوع اختلال استرس پس از تروما (PTSD) بدنبال اپیدمی COVID-19 در کارکنان سلامت دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شاهرود

مقدمه: با توجه به روند رو‌به‌رشد شیوع COVID-۱۹ در دنیا و افزایش بار کاری ارائه‌دهندگان خدمات سلامت، کارکنان سلامت با مشکلات متعددی مانند ساعات کاری طولانی، دوری از خانواده، نگرانی از ابتلاء خود و خانواده مواجه هستند که می‌تواند سلامت آن‌ها و در نتیجۀ عملکرد شغلی‌شان را با چالش مواجه کند. این تحقیق با هدف بررسی میزان شیوع اختلال استرس پس از سانحه (PTSD) به‌دنبال اپیدمی COVID-۱۹ در کارکنان سلامت دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی شاهرود، انجام گرفت.
روش کار: در این مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی، ۲۲۸ نفر از کارکنان سلامت دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی شاهرود در بازۀ زمانی شهریور الی آذرماه ۱۳۹۹ مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. مشارکت‌کنندگان شامل، پرسنل پرستاری، پزشکی، رادیولوژی و آزمایشگاه بودند. پرسش‌نامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک و چک لیست علائم استرس پس از سانحه PCL-C به‌صورت آنلاین تکمیل شد. جهت آنالیز داده‌ها، از شاخص‌های آمار توصیفی و مدل رگرسیون خطی چند‌متغیره استفاده شد. 
یافته‌ها: بر اساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، ۸۵/۵ درصد افراد استرس پس از سانحه را تجربه می‌کردند. ضریب تعیین رگرسیونی (R۲) به میزان ۱۵/۱ تعیین شد، به‌طوری که مردان به نسبت زنان، ۴/۸۸ واحد استرس پس از سانحه پایین‌تری تجربه می‌کردند. افرادی که نزدیکان‌شان بر اثر ابتلا به COVID-۱۹ فوت کرده بودند نسبت به سایرین، ۷/۰۴ واحد استرس پس از سانحۀ بالاتری را تجربه می‌کردند.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اینکه بخش قابل‌توجهی از کارکنان سلامت استرس پس از سانحه را تجربه کردند، لازم است تا مدیران ارشد مراکز درمان، اقدامات حمایتی بیش‌تری جهت کاهش استرس پس از سانحه در برنامۀ کاری خود قرار دهند.

✅ با توجه به اینکه بخش قابل‌توجهی از کارکنان سلامت استرس پس از سانحه را تجربه کردند، لازم است تا مدیران ارشد مراکز درمان، اقدامات حمایتی بیش‌تری جهت کاهش استرس پس از سانحه در برنامۀ کاری خود قرار دهند.
