abstract
Background: immunization against academic stress has been associated with therapeutic interventions to prevent its spread and severity and treatment methods have been developed. This study aimed to secure the effectiveness of assertiveness on the style against academic stress was conducted by Hamadan University of Medical Sciences.

Methods: For this purpose, 30 students of Hamadan University of Medical Sciences cluster as were divided into control and test it.Case Groups were of 8 sessions of 60 minutes of instruction in small group practices for increasing assertiveness. Immunization style tools, measuring tools and gauges Aynsvrt report single agent academic stress questionnaire was Zazhakvva. To analyze the data, frequency distribution tables, percentages and charts of Central and distributive indices descriptive statistics, univariate analysis of covariance and SPSS/19 was used.

Results: The results after training the experimental group, assertiveness, increased immunization style score and the score was reduced stress. A significant difference in test and control groups in terms of secure and stress-style score was observed (P <0.001).

Conclusion: The results obtained showed that the style of group assertive training on immunization and affect their academic stress that assertiveness training, students will have the greatest impact on immunization style. In other words, assertiveness training, immunization increased their style and reduce students' stress.
